Just left from the Sonic in Highlands!! Horrible Horrible place to try and get good service!! Stoped in a stall and after pressing the button to place my order i waited 10 maybe 15 minutes. No Answer!!?? Pulled into the drive thru and said Hello a few times each time a little louder maybe they couldnât hear. ?? .. pulled around to the drive thru. Still. Nothing. Donât see anyone all. Looks almost closed down . Finally look up the hours of operation an it says till 12 am. It was 9:30pm. We call n right away a lady answered. Saying they are open. Finally lady comes to the window and says. Oh. âI had my headset turned off â. Eventually give her my order. A she reads it back. Still had the order wrong. I correct the order. She runs my card. Takes at least 30 to 40 more minutes And we finally get our food. But weâre missing something. We tell her what weâre missing. N sheâs like oh I didnât charge her for that. But when she read the order back it was right after I had corrected her. Wanted to charge us for again for the same item that was supposed to have been on the original order which when she read it back she had it correct. Idk what their issue is but wonât be going back for a long time. Horrible service. Canât find any good see...
   Read moreOk so i went to Sonic in highlands a few minutes ago. I give my order as jumbo popcorn chicken meal large sized with tater tots and coke zero with cherry. I get to the window to pay and the lady reads my order back to me from my receipt. Jumbo popcorn chicken large sized with french fries and coke zero with cherry. I tell her no, i ordered tater tots. She goes to correct it and comes back to take my payment. A little bit later she comes back and gives me my order and I leave. Being hungry i take a tater tot from the bag and instantly notice it is filled with cooking oil but I decide to just go ahead and go home thinking maybe it was just that one. Nope. Got home and the oil had soaked though the box that holds the tater tots as well as through the bag. It is disgusting. These people do not know how to listen to your order and get mad when you correct them. Then that is what you get. I stopped going there about months ago but thought since i was craving it and they are closer to my apartment than the other one i would try it again. Nope, a lesson lived is a lesson learned. Not going back. I will drive the extra distance....
   Read moreHad a great carhop, I do not recall her name unfortunately. She did make a mistake by accidently bringing the wrong order but it was no hassle. On her way back with my families order I had already pushed the call button as I forgot to grab some ice for later. Well the carhop saw me calling right as she was walking up and told her manager that she would take care of it over the intercom. The manager continued listening in on our conversation and was fully prepared to charge that waitress for my drink as the waitress had offered me the 65¢ cup of ice for free due to her little mix up at the beginning, she apologized and went back inside. That would have made the best customer service experience i have had at this sonic in a long time. I went ahead and paid for the ice because the carhop was just attempting to provide good customer service. A manager named Regina disciplines employees for doing their job. Ms. Regina understand that you did a great job today at work with your overbearing controlling attitude. After this I think the food and restaraunt could possibly run a little smoother...
