Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Texas

Ordered on the app. Went to get my order at the time the app said it would be ready. Waited another 30 - 35 minutes in the store. Other people came in, ordered, and got their orders. I had asked someone about my order when I got there and just said still processing. Finally cancelled the order and all they said was, “a lot of order in front of you”. This is the third time I’ve waited long for one pizza. Bad service, bad start for this store. I’ll rather drive to the Crosby or Baytown location. Probably get my pizza faster than this place. Shame, cuz is like 2 mins away.

Update: so, we decided to give it another try about two days ago (after 2 months). Put an order through the app, again. I got there, no order ready. I gave my order number to the manager and he couldn’t locate my order. He stated it was the wrong store. I showed him the address and the order number and nothing. I order. There and waited. Everyone waiting for their orders we’re getting frustrated. Manager was rude to one of the customers for complaining (they did looked under staffed). Then, they found my order after about 30 minutes. So I asked to cancel the order I placed there. He was like, the bread is almost ready? I was like, what am I gonna do with all that bread? Cancel the order and give me my original order. Gotta say, I’m done with that store. Always chaotic, something always goes wrong. No more in and out little Caesars like...

TERRIBLE MANAGER! This is a brand new little Cesar’s. Went in there to get an original pepperoni and original thin crust pepperoni. I asked this manager (in photo) about the pizza sauces because there has been no sauces. Manager said “we run out quick, do you know anything about running a business?” Which actually I do, but what does that have to do with it? She then asked do I want to order food or not, which I had already ordered 2x to her & she wouldn’t put the order in. She claimed that I cussed at her, which I did not. After I told her “I did not cuss at you 1 time what are you talking about?” She refused to serve me. “I will not serve your people, I refuse to serve you. Get out of my store!” Refused service to a paying customer!? I’ve been eating little Caesars since 2012, never have I encountered an employee like this. Such a disappointment and dissatisfaction that they hire people like this! I would give this little Cesar’s ZERO...

So a black dude who caught an attitude tonight due to his horrible “managing” really had the nerves to shove a pizza box into my hand. A WOMAN’S HAND, you coward. I bet you thought you were tough huh? My order was supposed to be ready, I waited 10mins in a lobby that was full of people only for the manager to say, “oh we’re out of what you ordered and I called everyone on the list except you”. Didn’t offer any substitutions, stared at me then walked to the back. After saying what I wanted instead he got angry that they didn’t have 2 orders of bread ready, he almost didn’t give me my pizza or my dessert but had the nerves to shove the pizza box into my hand after I told him. I ended up waiting around an extra 20mins for half of what I ordered. He seems to have been more focused on flirting with employees than managing.
