Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

On Feb 6th my wife and I go to the drive through order our food but while this was going on the lady taking the order was laughing so we procceeded to the pick up window and she did not tell us to pay on the 1st window so we were talking to the girl at the window when the first girl came and started to tell me off as if I was saying something personal about her. Then the manager steps in as if he was going to do something about it I told him that if he keeps that girl there she is going to ruin their business and then he started to take things personal also. When I got my money back he was shaking and dropped my money on the street so by the time he got his a** out of the building I had already parked and picked up the money. Then they have the balls to call the cops on me that I was threating them and starting trouble but instead of the manager being out there to represent the company he ran back inside of the building instead of clearing things up with us. I really enjoy going there but really they need to get the manager and the girl some customer service training because we were not cussing her or him out as...

Ordered with the Jack in the box app. Both meals came with no drinks. Fries were ice cold and not what we paid for. Absolutely horrible experience. Called the restaurant phone rings three times and a recording says they're not taking voice mails at this time. So no way to even contact anyone to get it corrected. It's an absolute shame that they're so willing to take your money, not honor what you ordered and hide when you try to get it corrected. Would not recommend and will not return and there's no reason to spend money on...

I went through the drive thru, the lady was very annoyed because I kept asking her if she could repeat what she was saying because I couldn’t hear her fue to the fact that the drive thru speaker wasn’t working. When I pulled up to the window she had the same attitude. I got home and opened my food and I found a penny in the box of my chicken sandwich. When I called their number, it was disconnected.
