I am writing to express my deep disappointment regarding a recent incident involving the shift leader at Jeremiah Ice. As a regular customer who has visited your establishment multiple times and always ordered the same items, I was shocked and dismayed by the lack of professionalism displayed by the shift leader during this encounter.

My son was given the wrong order and overcharged, a mistake that could happen to anyone. However, it was the shift leader's response that truly marred our experience. When I approached her to address the issue, expecting a responsible and empathetic reaction, she instead laughed it off, as if the situation was amusing. This nonchalant attitude was not only disrespectful but also incredibly unprofessional.

Effective communication and listening skills are fundamental in any customer service role, especially in a leadership position. The shift leader's failure to take the matter seriously and her dismissive behavior left me feeling unheard and disrespected. As a shift leader, she should be setting an example for her team and ensuring that customers are treated with courtesy and understanding.

In situations like these, a calm and empathetic approach can deescalate tensions and resolve problems efficiently. Unfortunately, the shift leader's attitude had the opposite effect, potentially causing situations to escalate further.

I hope that Jeremiah Ice takes this feedback seriously and provides the necessary training and guidance to its staff, especially those in leadership positions. Customers should feel valued and respected during their visits, and I trust that steps will be taken to ensure such incidents do not recur in the future.

Jeremiah's Italian ice is an excellent place to take your family for an Italian ice! The options are amazing and quite delicious! The prices are reasonable and the staff is wonderful! This is a great pit stop, especially during those hot days and nights (which is about every night in Texas)! We were greeted by the friendly staff and reviewed their wide selection of Italian Ice treats. There are so many fun flavors and combinations to choose from it's almost hard to decide which one to go with! Every item and combo looks so interesting that it'll satisfy anybody's hankering whether you want something very simple, blended candy combos, festive fruit flavors or you can just simply build your own! The facilities are very very clean and the staff is very friendly! They are also quite the Baristas of ice cream flavored/Italian ice treats and can build these concoctions rather quickly! They also provide plenty of seating inside and also several available games of corn hole to enjoy playing on a warm summer night. The restrooms are also very clean. Jeremiah's earns two big thumbs up! Update 6/23/2025: I have returned back to this location 2 times since my initial visit, both times have been a disaster. I thought it was just an off night as I placed an order through door dash, I got the completely wrong order, I ordered 3 larges and received 2 large and one small all of the wrong flavor, Upon looking at the receipt it was written that they were out of my requested flavor which is fine, some communication would have been nice though for a replacement choice or cancellation of the order, I called the manager the following day and she made it right which was nice! Decided to place a pick up order today on my way home, upon arriving the girl said she didn’t notice a pickup order had come through but she would hurry and make it, after waiting 10/15 minutes I got my order, all good. Went home, opened it up to eat it and noticed that the requested Oreo crumble that I paid extra for was only sprinkled on top.
