I have been a regular customer and have been fairly happy with my experiences at this location. However, my last interaction will definitely be my last. 11:30 weekday order, 2 sandwiches and a cookie. Not only did it take 52 mins to deliver my food (literally a 4 minute drive), but, it was prepared incorrectly. Not only was it definitely NOT "freaky fast", it was incorrect, and they could not follow simple instructions. I specifically requested contactless delivery since I am considered high risk for corona. Not only did they not place it by my door, they kept knocking until I opened the door, and low and behold....the driver was not wearing a mask! Food wasn't even in a bag(as an extra layer of protection from contamination). No apology either. So, i emailed corporate and they were apologetic and said they would notify the franchisee so the appropriate people could be handled and the situation taken care of. When asked my preference in communication, I made it clear that I wanted to be through email, not phone. So, 2 days later, I guess it was the franchisee, leaves an unintelligible vm and asks me to return his call (even though I couldn't understand what his name was, and I expressed that I wished communication be via email!). I am not one to complain unless I am extremely dissatisfied since I was in the hospitality business for many years, but this was/is unacceptable! Havent heard back from anyone. I am not looking for free food or anything of the sort. I do, however, want my money refunded, and at the very least, an apology. Not going to hold my breath for either. I will take my hard earned money and spend it elsewhere. It seems as if they don't need or care for my business. Steer clear consumers....Subway, Blimpies, etc....much better choices!
Wow! Not only has the owner been completely unprofessional, but now, has responded to several other reviews since mine was posted, but has ignored mine?!?!? I should have figured as much. After such poor service and obvious comprehension challenges, I should have known the owner would just try to sweep this under the rug. Address the issues, find a solution, move forward. Just that simple. No wonder most of the reviews have been about poor or sub par customer...
   Read moreMay 2025 Update... I just tried the new toasted roast beef and cheddar sandwich. Being in food service for the last 40 plus years of my life and being from Philadelphia I know my sandwiches. That was an incredible sandwich! One of the best I've had in a long long time. Great horseradish cream, great toasted onion straws and just a great combination of textures between the hot and toasted and the cold and crunchy. Was made perfect as I liked it and the workers were very very friendly and helpful. Hopefully this Jimmy John's has improved itself over the last few years.
Older review.... This Jimmy John's location has really gone down the tubes over the past couple of months! The last three times I've been there, they have screwed up our order in some way! The really sad part is the last two times the order was done online, so there should have been no issue with what we wanted on the sandwich. Last time we went was absolutely the worst!! It started when I tried to give my order through the speaker, and the woman cut me off after my first word and said she could not understand what I was saying. She asked me to pull up so I can give her the order at the window like this job. As I was giving her the order she tried to memorize it all instead of either writing it down or typing it into the cash register. This is one of the reasons why she screwed up both of the sandwiches on this order. We ordered an Italian sandwich and a tuna sandwich on neither one of them had any onions and very little less. The crazy part was, WE ASKED FOR EXTRA OF BOTH!! It almost felt like they went out of their way to put nothing on our sandwiches just for spite. I also asked for hot peppers, and got none! My wife ask for mayonnaise, no oil and vinegar... she got oil and vinegar and no mayo! Overall, the issue is the staff just does not care!    Read moreLast night, I decided to visit Jimmy Jones at 8:30 PM because I was extremely hungry, having not eaten since 6:00 AM. I found this location and ordered two 16-inch roasted subs. The staff member working there was very friendly and helpful, and my order was prepared quickly. However, when I got home and opened the packaging, I noticed that one sub was 16 inches, while the other was only about 10 inches. I decided to ignore the discrepancy and ate both.
Unfortunately, I woke up at 3:00 AM with severe stomach pain and terrible diarrhea. The pain was so intense that it ruined my entire day and prevented me from going to work. I spent the whole day at home, suffering from the pain and discomfort. This experience was extremely disappointing and...
