Juanita's Mexican Food — Restaurant in Texas

So I have bought menudo from there on weekends and it was so tasty, fresh, and better than my normal spot( I will not mention for integrity issues). The service was fast and friendly. This last visit was not that great though... it could of been the cook or the day. I went for breakfast with my daughter on a Friday. Ordered Menudo, taco, and 1 green chicken enchilada. Menudo was cold so asked to heat up. IT HAD NO FLAVOR THAT DAY EITHER. Server had an attitude I Disregarded. Taco and enchilada cane out, cold enchilada... sent back. Taco was warm but nothing special. Daughter had French toast and a taco and she ate it, it was warm, but she was not impressed. Server never checked on us again, did not tell coffee, or water. Will not say I will not return.... but not on the same day or...

The only thing I have ever had here is the Menudo and it is definitely on point. They take pride in the quality of it. They have a drive-thru but they are so busy you might have to wait a while but trust me it is worth it. The staff is always friendly the portions are and the menudo is wonderful and stands out when every place in town has Menudo. The hunt for good Menudo can be fun and frustrating and led me to this wonderful place. Glad I found it. It is located in an old military Quonset hut and parking can definitely be tricky but be patient it...

Very interesting family-owned Mexican food quonset Hut location. Bathrooms are a true adventure to get to as you travel outside the building to find their doors. Clean. Special for the day was Chicken Tacos. They were lightly fried and stuffed with everything you need for an incredible experience. Beans and rice round out the plate.
