This was the worst, most bizarre restaurant experience I've ever had. Upon first impression, the restaurant looked dirty. A rubber floor mat was rolled up on top of the seat cushion out front, a preliminary indicator about the low standard of cleanliness. Most of the neon signs were off in the dining area, making for an almost gloomy atmosphere.
After waiting to be seated, we (party of 2) were met with dirty, sticky menus and a wide-eyed waitress who could not be trusted to even deliver the correct drink. I asked for a screwdriver, which was on their printed drink list. Simple enough, right? Wrong, apparently. Very, very wrong.
Every time I very clearly repeated "screwdriver," she'd feverishly nod her head with a grin and say, "Strawberry margarita? Yes!" "No. Screwdriver." I pointed to the word on the printed sheet. "Daiquiri?" "No. S c r e w d r i v e r." "Margarita?" "Screwdriver. It's orange juice and vodka."
She then nodded and gestured toward the back, implying she'd check or something. We wait for a while, the chips and waters arrive. She flies by our table at one point saying something along the lines of, "Your margarita is almost ready!" We stop her and say, "No, it's NOT a margarita." She nods again, wide eyed, with a deranged grin.
Several more minutes pass by and a different waitress arrives with - you guessed it, a margarita.
Nope, that was it for us. If the waitress couldn't even parrot back the same drink I named a dozen times, there was no way to trust her with a food order. We left hungry and irritated by the bizarre experience, and won't be back. There's a much better, cleaner, authentic Mexican place just down the service road that's excellent - go...

I wish I could give more stars.
WE WERE VERY IMPRESSED! Perfect!
In this and surrounding areas, many Mexican food restaurants will let you down after the salsa.
YOU WON'T BE DISAPPOINTED. Our whole family loved it. My husband orders Guiso. I loved my Chilli Relleno with Rachero Sauce. The frozen strawberry Margaritas are so tasty! YUM! (Revised)The last two times, I definitely loved them! I didn't feel anything, just trusted the alcohol was there. Everyone's tolerance is different though, so this is a tough one. The important thing is for everyone to get home safely. Tonight, the Margaritas were even better. When I was eating, this amount wore off mostly, by the end of dinner. I can't speak for my husband. It was definitely better, thank you :). I wished that I would have gotten the name of our waitress. She was the best! She definitely made sure we were cared for. The other servers backed her up. This was nice to see. This restaurant cares about it's customers.
I can't stop raving. The atmosphere is clean. The booths are comfortable. It's a family atmosphere, gives you the warm...
Read moreI had a very disappointing experience at this restaurant. I only expected to be charged $56.25, which I believed was the total for my meal. I left the restaurant thinking everything was settled, only to find later that I was charged $90.07 and $45.42 — amounts I never authorized. These charges are completely unwarranted, and I did not give permission for them to be processed.
When I returned to the restaurant to resolve the issue, I had to drive an hour back just to provide proof of the incorrect charges. The staff and manager showed no sense of urgency or concern about my situation. They didn’t even offer any kind of compensation or apology for the inconvenience I experienced. Instead, I was met with indifference and a lack of professionalism.
It doesn’t matter how good the food is if the level of service is horrible. The way they handled my case was dismissive and disrespectful, and it’s unacceptable to be treated this way as a customer. I expected better customer service and accountability, but unfortunately, this experience has left me very...
