Rudis Napolis — Restaurant in Texas

Food there is immaculate. I have been there multiple times in the past few months the past few two weeks because I’ve been craving Alfredo. I’ve been there every single day I work next-door. I have been coming and getting the chicken Alfredo and paying $15 sometimes paying 18 if I decide to tip sometimes I can’t tip because times are hard Today. I go in. I order the same thing I’ve been ordering. I just ordered the same thing yesterday I watched Lady put in 1595 for my Alfredo then add another four dollars to my ticket making me pay 19 then when I called up to the store, trying to get an understanding as to why she did that and why wasn’t the same as it has been since I’ve been coming a man gets on the phone yelling and screaming after I had to speak to the manager, I go next-door so I can get my refund. He tells me he doesn’t want my kind and his store and he’s the owner even though I had to speak to the manager that is not how you treat customers whether you agree with them or not, you guys have been charging me the same thing this time this whole time it gave very much races because I’m a black woman telling me you don’t want my kind or my business like my money isn’t any good and I’ve been spending $15 every single day I will never be back no matter how good their food is and other people shouldn’t go either because I am my assistant manager at the store and no matter if you agree with the customer or not that is not how...

UPDATE: 11/20/2022 My original review was written during the Covid shutdowna and still I cannot say enough great things about this restaurant. I can faithfully say there is not enough authetically good food of this caliber out in the "country". I still frequent this absolute 💎 since finding it 2.5 years ago. I am so thankful Rudis Napolis exists! The atmosphere is very Italian and the ambience is relaxing. The restaurant is family owned, the employees are over the top friendly (just like every Italian I've ever met) and they truly make you feel like family. The food is superb and I recommend any dish. I always bring my family and friends to this restaurant when visiting from out of state and "the Lobster Ravioli is nirvana" according to my cousin 🤣 I could ramble on for days but I'm sure you get the gist! Do yourself the favor and be like Nike- JUST DO IT!

During the Covid-19 epidemic, I've really been trying to support small businesses as much as possible. This evening I was in the mood for Italian and instead of going corporate, I tried this restaurant instead. IT DID NOT DISAPPOINT! My goodness, everything was great! I ordered the bread with cheese and tomatoes as an appetizer, and holy cow who would've thought that the tomatoes would make such a difference?! This is honestly a great place to eat! If you are looking for food that will not disappoint you then this is the right place my friends. The restaurant has a nice Italian vibe, and unlike many other places that look Italian but play random modern pop music Napolis actually plays great Italian music softly in the background, and why is this important? Because they care about the customer's experience and absolutely make you feel like you are visiting a genuine place instead of a typical chain restaurant. The prices are fair considering being a local business, so it's not cheap, but you can expect to get what you pay! And I say this loud and clear because if you really value good service this place is all about it! Our server was extremely polite and attentive, fast and ready to assist, and she always held a smile on her face. The Pizza is good, this was my first time here and I ordered "Chicken Florentino", oh God it was delicious! And of course they bring you garlic bread and marinara which is also very tasty.
