Circle Pawn — Local services in Crosby

Love the staff there. I just read the other 2 reviews, and I'm not sure what went on in there two years ago, but, it is nothing like that. I have been using Circle Pawn here in Crosby for one year now. They have always been SUPER fair on pawn amounts. They make you feel welcome and are very nice, they are like a big family up there. If they are 'rude' or 'nasty' to anyone, I would have to imagine it is because people have a hard time accepting reality on an item's worth sometimes... I know that this staff wouldn't just lie down and take someone's craziness, and would not make them feel welcome in their business (just like I would if someone came into my shop and acted 'a fool', lol), so that might be the issue with the previous reviews...just sayin'. ...and as far as saying they have crappy items, that's so relative... it really depends on what you're looking for in shops like this... and it changes all of the time... but, 'haters are going to hate'. :-)

As a new mom, they have really helped me make it through a few tough times, financially. I have several items I take up there to pawn about once or twice a year, and they always make it less embarrassing than I thought it would be, and they have a fair interest rate for the type of business they're in. As long as you go back and get your items (ie: don't stab them in the back), they will take care of you. I will continue to use this Pawn Shop anytime i get in a jam with my bills. -...

Very shady. Brought in a draco and asked for 100. 2 days later i went to pick it up and they didnt seem to happy. I buy guns all the time. I may get delayed but never denied. Idk what they did but now i have to challange. I guess they thought they had a win. Had to take my Marine step dad so they wouldnt have an excuse to keep my gun. Btw owner assumed me a criminal right away asking what crime i did to be denied. Let them challange me and i have it on video tape. Bad business all of them work together to be shady. Will be reporting to the BBB. Avoid a bad experience and go else where.

Update: I'm suing. With plenty evidence that they intentionally denied me.. "Submitting incorrect info intentionally for me to be denied" Everyone that has pawned a firearm here and lost it because you were denied. Please reach out to me and ill guide you the right way Thevies with no shame is what my conclusion to this...

To be honest it is tough to give a Pawn Shop 5 Stars. But at 53 years old I have some experience at needing extra money every or Wednesday or Thursday. So I drag my beat up Levi's with an empty wallet in a pawn shop pretty often. These guys have asked me how much I get for my Laptop or my tools at another pawn shop I frequent. Then they insisted on giving me 20 to 50 bucks more to help me(and them) out. I am not mad at them. They regularly give me more than other pawn shops without question. If I need an extra day or two well they saved me there also. Give these guys a chance to price you whatever you got... I have benefited from it more than once. tell them need more tools for sale too if you would ha gotta...
