Well not sure when I will take a chance on Marcos again. Order was delivered in a reasonable time but it was cold. I mean set cheese (which we had extra). The toppings were not remotely evenly spread which I would have never thought I would complain about but when you have a handful of sausage in one section and the extra cheese is all in the middle and nothing remotely to the edge well it makes a difference. As I was about to hit send my boyfriend said look at all the mushrooms you had as I was picking them off. Guess he didn’t have any. Pretty sure they had a thin crust pepperoni pizza sitting around they just added extra stuff to make it ours because it looked cooked twice. Amazingly still cold and tastes like cardboard. And the cheese bread - that used to be ooey gooey cheesy and hot were cold, hard sticks (once I recut them). Bad. Just bad. I called to see what the problem is and they tell me I cannot order the online specials and use the coupon. But the coupon says $10 off my order for being loyal. No conditions. So we price my order from the regular menu and wouldn't you know it, it comes out to more money even after applying the $10 off! I said how is this thanking me for my loyalty?? Said no we would like the pizzas we ordered and paid over 50 dollars for. Said they would make it and sent it out. Never came so we called and nobody answered the phone. 30 more minutes and finally got someone on the phone and were told that our pizza left 5 minutes ago and should arrive any minute. Never came and nobody answered the phone again for the rest of the night. I have never been lied to by a restaurant like that.
