For many months I had been looking for a great Chinese restaurant to enjoy. In the area after, a long day of shopping and visiting friends , I saw this restaurant somewhat tucked off, so I decided to visit. I parked and saw a young lady who was leaving with her order and decided to ask , her abt her experience in which she stated this place was her favorite and the food was great. Upon entering I was greeted and seated. I waited on my waitress an older lady who was not friendly at all . She came to my table, took my order and scurried away. Shortly, after , I noticed my table cloth that I ate upon was extremely dirty . I requested to sit at another table but she demanded that I remain there and she removed the table cloth, rather aggressively. After, that interaction with her I watched her intentionally avoid me for the remainder of the time that I was there. Asking the women in front of me [white] if they needed anything and occasionally checking in on them as I sat there . I [ A woman with a darker hue] had to get up from my seat leaving my food behind to request more of the things I needed to enjoy what was left of this experience. At this moment ,I had enough of the unprofessional behavior and approached “May”,as I explained she found it to be funny . I encouraged her to take this moment more serious as it was a reflection of her establishment and the employees she allowed to work for her. Momentarily, she responded shocked that I was speaking un-highly of her ( daughter) I found it to be disappointing that a lady in her very age (60+)would act this way. Shortly, after I asked for a to go box and left as the daughter stayed in the back until my departure. It was disappointing cause the food was pretty good .Sadly, to say the customer service was NOT. I would say that if you are “RACIST” to seek therapy . To dislike someone for the skin that they live in is just pure sadness. You are here to provide a service , not cast judgement and treat others improperly. Imagine mistreating someone that you never even said Hi to. Family owned but today was the worst experience. we ordered our food and server does not speak any English which I feel is the worst thing as communication is essential for your business. We sat and he took our order brought 2 soups no problem then just brought sweet and sour chicken with out remaining order ,15 minutes later brings pepper steak and Rice. we start to eat and I said that meat is extremely chewy. i call the server to tell him that the meat is very chewy can you please take it back and cook it more he did not understand started to raise his voice telling the owner we don't want to pay. She knows us and she came we told her the issue and she said that i pay $10.49 / per pound for my meat i can show you the invoice. Who does that? in restaurant in front of customer ? she did bring the invoice and i said that we just want our order cooked more that's all . she brought the new order and we ate our food, and every time we go there we order the same thing and this time was nothing different but we got over charged on our bill i took the bill back to her and then she corrected and no apology. she said my server does not speak English, i told her that this is very bad customer service and he should not be talking to customer this way. As we were leaving he said you don't pay i call the police, i said do you want me to dial the number for you ? and he also said that next time don't come the owner said there is nothing she can't do, she mentioned freedom of speech . i am letting you know as they are rude, they don't have enough staff to provide customer service, they don't speak English and they over charge you so check your bill. i never give bad reviews and give them benefit of doubt but tonight they cross the line and lost customers forever. i am warning anybody going there to check your bill thoroughly and make sure your get someone who understands what you are ordering as you are not eating for free we all pay ,they have the worst customer service . Read moreI have ordered many times from here, for delivery. They state "free delivery" on their website and they also have good food. Tonight a young girl answers as she has before. She's rude and doesn't listen to what is being asked. She answers and hurries off the phone. Before paying, I asked her if it was still free delivery and she answered, "yes". Well, the manager calls me and confirms my address. I tell her what it is and also inform her to have them knock. She says ok and hangs up. About 10 minutes later, my food arrives and they didn't knock. I check my receipt and the girl put my wrong phone number, which meant wrong address. I also notice another charge under, "Open food2". I called and spoke to the manager regarding the charge. She said it's a delivery fee. I inform her that I confirmed with the girl who took my order, before I paid. I could hear her ask if she had said free delivery and the girl immediately said no. She lied and this upset me. The conversation continues and the manager makes no effort to rectify the concern but makes excuses. Then she said, she could have the driver come pick up the food and that then I could go get the food from the restaurant to avoid the fee. At thus point, I let her know she has lost a customer and that I would NOT RECOMMEND her restaurant. She said she was fine with that. Very disappointing, seeing I've spent plenty of $$$ there.
