I typically order my family food from here & we don’t have any issues. However, this particular time I ordered my pizza online. I ordered an XL but it didn’t give me the option to do thick crust. I called in after placing the order and the young lady that answered the phone said she could change it to thick and I asked her to also send 2 ranch dipping sauces. She proceeded to charge my card extra for the things I asked for. The delivery guy delivered me a small pizza. I sent it back & told him I would call. When I called back the manager answered the phone. She said the system said I ordered a small & that thick crust does not come in XL. After rudely going back and forth with me over what took place she told me she would send me the pizza I originally ordered. I didn’t like her attitude but the pizza was for my kids & we were all hungry so I just let it go and said ok. Things went left when I asked her to make sure I received 2 ranch dipping sauces. She proceeds to say you didn’t pay for a 2nd sauce so I’m going to have to charge you for another one. So let me get this straight, you’re arguing with me about what I ordered based on what you have in your system when your employee clearly made the mistake of making me think I could get thick crust, charging me for it, and then proceeding to accidentally change my order. Instead of you apologizing to me about the inconvenience you become argumentative, act like you’re doing me a favor by giving me the correct order and now you want to charge me extra. I had already paid $1.54 extra & since I was no longer getting the thick crust that definitely covered the cost of 2 sauces & I was not paying a cent extra. She began to argue with me again I informed her I would come up there to show her what I had on my phone and she hung up in my face. I had to get myself and my kids ready to take them out of the house. Once I got there & asked for her she didn’t even greet me she walked up to the computer to show me what she had in her system. Then I showed her my confirmation email and the 2 charges on my card. Whatever I have is clearly the right thing regardless of what you show in your system. No apology no nothing. I told her to give me my money back because after everything I went through this establishment was not going to be trusted to make food for my kids and I. This Marcos pizza is in the Elyson area, a very nice community. This woman should not represent the Marcos brand nor be in a position of management. So I asked what kind of specials they got seem like he wan amatory me to just hurry up and order. He said what size you looking for I said again just want to know what are your specials. He started telling me about some specials so then I asked that there was a 7.99 special he just stood there. Then I said is it just online he then said yes it’s online. I said okay let me order online I look and don’t see the special online. I walk back he’s on the phone I wait. He gets off the phone looks around for a minutes washes his hands then come back to registers then looks up back at me. No customer service at all like hey how can I help you or anything. I order and he’s short don’t ask what kind of toppings. It’s like talking to a blank screen. After he gets my order he starts making pizza did not see him wash his hands again. As I’m waiting I see a young African American with dreads that looking at his phone making pizza. Both people have no regard for good hygiene while preparing peoples orders. With all that being said I recommend that nobody wastes their hard earned money at this place. If you don’t want to give people great service why work there. Read moreMy customer service experience earlier this evening was the worst that I have ever encountered. I live in the community that is located right next to this location. I called in my order as I left my house to drive over and pick up the pizza. i requested that the female employee confirm my order because I have had a bad experience before where they botched my order. She called back my order with all of the specified details. They have only been open a few months , maybe a year, and they are simply horrible when it comes to customer service. When I arrived to the pick up window, I realized that I had left my money card so i went home to get a card to pay for my order. When I arrived back at the pick up window, I was told that there was no order for my pizza. When I gave the female the specifics of my order, she began to apologize and infirmed me that the person I spoke with -whoever she was- had not placed my order into the system. Just then I saw two female employees who appear to have just gotten off come out and get into the same car. Not surprisingly, both females had their own pizza in their hand. They were riding together.. I have no doubt that one of the females probably took my order which was conveniently cancelled" so that they could have their own pizza ready for the end of their shift Horrible optics!
