The Pizza is always good!! They could always add more toppings then they usually do. But this review is for the workers first of all didn't nobody tell you to apply to work at a Pizza Joint second when taking somebody order not smiling have stank attitude is not cute! It was a girl name DEONICA who had the worst attitude. I told her I wanted the carry $8.99 special she charged me regular price first off why in the world would I want to pay full price for a pizza and second if you work there why cant you give that customer service and say "O we do have a carry out special large one topping for $8.99" I didn't realize it until after the fact and said did you charge me full price she said "yes, you didn't say you wanted the special" with the worst attitude! I said No I told you I wanted the special. I wanted to come across that counter but I said no don't go on her low level. They really need to give a customer service class cause its all about the customer and if your attitude is stank like the one DEONICA had you wont have any...

Not a single care when it comes to customer service. This is what arrived on my door step via Door Dash. Wheni took the pizza back up to Marcos Pizza on Fry rd, I calmly showed it to them and asked what can be done. The guy at the counter brought over the manager who said that there is nothing he can do since it was through doordash and then accused us of possibly getting the order refunded and getting a free pizza through him. I assured him that we are not those type of people but he said he can't. I asked him, "so we get screwed and our kids don't get pizza because of door dash screwed up and he can't do anything?" He told, "yea, I guess so." Then looked at the cashier and said, "I can't. " and then walked off. Absolute cold attitude without a single care. We will not be ordering through marcos anymore and will make sure to let our neighbors and friends in the area know how much management cares about their employees. I HATE giving reviews under 4 stars, but MAN, does this place deserve it. 1st, the good. Everything we order from there has been fresh. Everything we've ordered from there has tasted WONDERFUL. The staff is super nice and personable. The restaurant itself is always clean and neat.

Now, the bad. We can only assume they have a kindergartener with a plastic butter knife cutting their pizzas. If you order for delivery, make sure you specify that you want your pizza cut. They've never been on time. Expect to add 10 to 30 minutes to your estimated pick up time. They're bad about missing ingredients, items, and wrong orders.
