Quench it! Soda — Restaurant in Texas

First time visitIng after moving to Bridgeland and have to say after reading the reviews my initial impression was nothing short of anticlimactic. First off, my wife couldn’t decide what to pick and told the person at the counter she was unsure bc she’s never been there before yet his only response was “okay” leaving it to us to figure it out. I guess trying to help guide her is not really a practice in customer service that they offer. After ordering dipping dots for our toddler we got to the car only to see that the bag of frozen dots was completely melted. Yes they put the dots in some factory sealed bag and yes, they gave us a bag of liquid milk instead of frozen dippin dots. We brought it back in and exchanged it. Upon exchange we noticed they just threw the bag back in the freezer with the rest. Pretty sure it’s not good anymore bc it’s melted dairy but I’m guessing they’ll just give it to some other person. When I placed my order I asked them for what’s popular on the H20 menu and they said Coconut Mist. When I asked have they tried any of the H20 options they said No. You would think they would at least try their drinks before serving them but I guess not. Again not helpful. Time after time an opportunity to be helpful missed. Overall the establishment and service was not very helpful. My drink was put together in like 30seconds, so while I don’t mind fast service it does tell you what kind of quality you can expect. Saw this place just passing by today and had to stop! I’ve heard of places like this up north and was so excited to see a place in the Katy/Houston area finally. I order the Maliblue and my boyfriend had a mojo drink & we also received a small bag of cookies. Both the drinks and cookies were incredibly delicious and refreshing. Laiza at the counter was so great giving us recommendations and helping us navigate the menu. She knew it was our first time visiting and really helped us make a great choice and set us up for their loyalty points system. I will definitely be coming back and can’t wait to try more drinks here!

Came to the grand opening and let me tell you that the service was phenomenal. The owners stopped by to say hello and thank you for stopping by. We tried the Coconut Mist which let me say is waaayyyy better than “the pink drink”. It’s not too sweet and overwhelming with fresh strawberries and a delicious coconut flavor. We also tried the Dr. Creamberry which is Dr. Pepper, raspberry, and cream. So good! The kids tried the Butterfly Kisses which is lemonade, raspberry, whipped cream, and two butterfly gummies.
