Worst McDonald’s experience I’ve ever had. Never going back.

I went to this McDonald’s expecting a quick meal, but it turned into an absolute nightmare.

I ordered a burger, fries, and a Coke. They gave me a burger with ingredients I specifically didn’t ask for, and the fries were old, dry, hard, and completely tasteless. The food looked and smelled so bad I was afraid to eat it. Honestly, it seemed like it had been sitting there forever. I politely complained twice, and still, I was treated like I was the one causing the problem.

The staff was beyond rude, disrespectful, and clearly didn’t care at all. They gave me dirty looks, responded with attitude, and only agreed to remake the order because they knew they were being watched by the cameras. And when I finally got the food back—it was even worse than the first time. I ended up throwing it away because I was scared I’d get sick. That’s my hard-earned money completely wasted.

What’s worse is that the people working at this location are ruining the McDonald’s brand and reputation. I used to enjoy eating here, but after this, I’m done. If management doesn’t take action, they’re going to keep losing customers because of employees who don’t want to work, don’t care about quality, and treat customers like trash.

We went here 2 days ago , one of the McDonald employees helped us ordering we wanted 1 double cheese burger combo with a basket of fries 2 20nuggest combo the one that comes each one with a basket of fries. We asked if it comes with drinks and the rude African-American cashier told us yes it comes. When we received the order it had only 2 of the 20 nuggets combo but with only one basket of fries we were missing one since we wanted 2 of the 20 nuggets combo with fries they charged us for the nuggets and fries separately instead of the combo and only 1 basket of fries . Even tho a McDonald employee helped us ordering they took the wrong order. Since we speak Spanish the employee helped us ordering. We had to re order to get the drinks and the Afro American manager who tried to “help” me was very aggressive in the way he talks , he “tried” to talk to us in Spanish but in sounded like Arabic. I don’t like the manager and customer service in this location since they could’ve just hand us the basket of fries that we were missing but they didn’t care about doing that , other McDonald locations do that when they take you the...

It really a NO STAR. We went through drive through to order. It took a long time. After the order was placed I was told to park in one of their wait spots. I waited and waited for the order. The guy who was parked next to, who was before in line, went to the door and found out the door was locked. He banged on the door and they opened and made his order, which was a small burger. I followed him right after. They have not prepared my order and said that it was on hold.???. They prepared the order. While I was standing there I witnessed several orders trashed as people left as they were tired of waiting. When the food was brought home the burgers in the quarter pounder was pink and salty. I have been eating McDonald’s burgers for the past 40 years and never, ever had a under cooked burger or unedibily salty. It was one place, we know the quality....
