I’ll try to make a long story short… I submitted feedback/complaint to the 1800# for an undercooked patty I received. Next day I received a call back, and one of the 1st things the lady says is we reviewed the camera and determined no error occurred. THAT STATEMENT is what ticked me off and led to this review. My intention was not to get anyone fired nor to file a lawsuit. I simply wanted them to be made aware that I received an undercooked beef patty so that it wouldn’t continuously happen. Receiving a follow up call stating that ‘no error occurred’ was like calling me a liar. I’ve worked customer service for YEARS! And there is definitely a need of training for showing EMPATHY when addressing customer’s concerns. A simple apology would have been suffice. You don’t start off with telling a customer that you did nothing wrong! Especially when the customer is not being argumentative! I just wanted my issue to be acknowledged! Because I’m the one that wasted my time/gas/money to purchase a meal just to go back to work and have to eat peanuts at my desk because I had to throw away my burger. AND it was my birthday! So please don’t tell me nothing about your footage showed no error! Had I known I’d get that response, I would have taken my own footage of what I saw when I split the burger in half! But we can all CLEARLY see that my patty was pink and undercooked...
Read moreThis McDonalds dining area is filthy; the worst part about the filthy is that it didn’t get this filthy overnight. The dirt, food, trash and other filthy in the dining area of this establishment has been building up for an extended period of time. (See Photo Attached) I can only imagine what the kitchen looks like in this restaurant. Filth of this degree in a food service establishment is absolutely ridiculous and only reflect on the franchise owner and management. It is a true testament to their complete lack of competence coupled with their pure laziness. Cleaning and maintaining a clean environment is a basic life function that clearly the ownership nor management team embrace. Additionally upon arrival Carolina (Manager) was very cold and unfriendly; she never greeted up nor thanked us for our patronage. Her attitude throughout was simply lacking any desire to be professional and courteous; which does not surprise me given this facility cannot even perform a basic life function like cleaning so I shouldn’t have expectations for anything to be acceptable at this location. Read moreThe lady who took our order over charged us and charged us for items we didn’t want and when we asked her about it she had an attitude. We first ordered 3 plain burgers and we switched our mind to 1 burger and she even repeated the order to us but when we got to the window and saw the three burgers were charged and asked her why she had the balls to say “then why did you say three?”…. like not only did you repeat back to us what we said but you have an attitude about a mistake? and when we got home and looked more on the receipt we saw that we did in fact tell her the changes but instead of getting rid of the prior order she added the changes on top of that and made us spend an extra $10. I hope the manager sees this and speaks to the lady working the window at 5:30. I believe her name is Sidel. you can see the receipt and proof that we told her what we wanted changed because she charged us for ALL of it not just what we wanted in the end....
