It was bad enough 2 years ago when I wrote a review about your parking lot. But now you've even made it worse by adding a drive through kiosk in the middle of the lane that goes from the back of the center to the front of the center Anyone trying to enter the center from the south now absolutely positively can't get through because your kiosk is blocking half of the egress from the back of the center to the front of the center and your customers are blocking the other half. Today when they blocked me I just laid on the horn until someone moved. T he situation you have created is going to cause a road rage incident in which people are going to be injured or killed. I just want to go on record saying you have been warned so when it happens you will be sued for negligence. This has got to be one of the most idiotic ridiculous things I've ever seen in my life and is totally disrespectful to your co tenants and quite possibly a breach of their lease with your landlord. I frequent some of these businesses and I hope they sue you. I used to frequent your business but I no longer will.

You need to paint some lane lines for your drive through for your customers who think they need to wait in line in the middle of the parking lot on the west side of yiur building so people can't get past them going either direction. The parked cars they are blocking from getting out in your parking lot can't get out unless those in line let them whether those in line are a few feet from their cars or several feet from their cars. Do the strip center a favor and paint some lines to avoid this continuing to happen. I have been blocked coming from Sawdust trying to get to the other tenants' businesses several times...today being one of them, because your customers can't figure this out and you give them no guidance. I am not sure why I continue to frequent this location. Pretty much every single time I go here my drink is wrong. I am usually in a hurry and don't have time to go back in and get it corrected, but today I had a little more time so I whipped back into the drive thru. I had ordered a Tall Pumpkin Cream Cold brew and after I pulled away and tasted my drink I realized they had given me a plain nitro cold brew. When I pulled around and asked them to remake it they handed it back and just by looking at it I could tell it wasn't made right. AGAIN. But again.. I was in a hurry and didn't have time to pull around a third time. The drink had no foam on top and no ice AT ALL. I decided to take the chance of being late from my lunch and pull in to the Starbucks down the street on Rayford. When I went in I asked the gentleman behind the counter if he "knew how" to make the drink. He was polite and said yes. When I received my drink from this Starbucks it was perfect. The man who made it said if the consistency of the foam is made right it will sit on top. When I made a comment to the guy at this location about the drink looking different he told me "yeah it mixes together by the time you pull thru the drive thru." Like I was the dumb one. So... my point is there are people on staff here who aren't very customer service oriented and several people who clearly don't know how to make certain drinks...
