We have ordered from here serveral times...the food has been great, but the customer service is horrible. Recently, I was disrespected over the phone by the little girl taking orders. It is such a shame that we will not be eating here any longer. I’d rather go to a place that respects its customers.

The response I received from the owner...these people are EXTREMELY childish. This is shameful. Please keep my experience in mind before ordering here. They definitely asked me to remove my review!

“No one has disrespected you. If anything, you disrespected yourself by acting in such a petty manner. Today, you tried to order from us over the phone and the employee who answered responded to you in a normal tone about our new policy. We recently had to take payments over the phone because we have been getting orders that haven't been picked up nor paid for. It has started to get serious with orders reaching up to $40. I thank the customers who have put up with the policy for their patience. According to her, you have asked another person away from the call if our new policy was okay to which he responded yes. However, you decided by yourself that it was not okay and started arguing with our employee to which you decided to escalate by requesting to talk to another person. When he answered, you received the same explanation the previous employee gave to you and you disregarded everything by not understanding what "kids running this store" are doing. Personally, that quote is disrespectful to everyone involved in this business especially when those words were not warranted. To demean an employee by calling her "a little girl" is disrespectful. To write a poor review when you have not even begun to place an order today is disrespectful. We do respect our customers and we are extremely grateful for their patience with us as we start to rebuild our trust with them. I am sorry that your experience with us was not ideal but do not assume so poorly of us just because we cannot recognize your name on the caller ID and proceeded with our default standard policy procedure. I recently had the opportunity to try Mom's Burgers and Wings, a small restaurant located in Aubrey, Texas. I had heard good things about the burgers, so I was excited to give them a try.

I ordered the jalapeño burger combo, which came with a large burger, potato wedges, and a drink. The burger was cooked to perfection and the jalapeños added a nice kick of heat. The potato wedges were also very good, they were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside.

The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained, but it was empty when I arrived. I'm not sure why, because the food was so good. The staff was also very friendly and welcoming.

One thing that I would like to see improved is the ability to build my own burger. Mom's has a wide variety of toppings to choose from, but they don't allow you to customize your burger. I would have liked to be able to choose my own bun, cheese, and toppings.
