Very disappointment honestly. We were a huge party of 25 happy hour ended at 7, unfortunately they only had one lady helping who would not even look us in the eye. She kept coming back without what we ordered and skipping people as we ordered. We kept reminding her when she would come back without order and she would nod her head like she heard us. Well 45 minutes later it was after happy hour and she still had not brought the drinks we ordered at 6:15. I asked for a manager who also told us it’s after 7 and they could not give us happy hour prices. I told her the situation and she made an excuse that the lady lost time going back and forth and pretty much ran up the clock to ask for prices and they could not help us. She pretty much told us too bad, I asked her how that was our fault and she said it’s the owner and not up to her. She as a manager could not accommodate our party of 25 and it was a horrible experience with bad attitude backing this up. We used to loved this place. It's always something negative when I come here to pick up my order. I came in to pick up my phone order (received a text that it was ready), and I had to wait a long time for them to bring it out. Girl at the desk kept seating people that came in after I did, instead of going to get my order. Another time, I was standing at the register, waiting to be helped, and I was being ignored. There was an employee and a manager, but nothing. I'd ordered a shrimp cocktail, and they forgot the limes. Okay, not the biggest deal, so I still went back today. As usual, customerservice was not good....no I'll be right with you....nothing. I was finally helped, and the employee told me my food was ready, but yet, she still stood there for a bit before going to get it. Despite the bad experience, I was eager to eat my shrimp cocktail, but it wasn't very good. The shrimp still had pieces of its shell, cilantro had stems, and no a single pack of crackers. How hard is it to throw some packs of crackers in the bag, especially when they charge $18 plus tax for it?!? Looks like I may have to...

So first time we decided to try this place never again so the lady says it's a 20 min wait to be seated ok 55min go by we ask her again as she keeps letting other parties go ahead of just myself & my wife and she says oh I completely skipped u finally let's us in my wife and I order a #2 combo which is fish and shrimp with rice and fries and a large seafood soup well we placed the order & it took 1hr & 28min for us to get the food from time we ordered to when we got it like ok place wasn't super packed so why did it take so long so as we get the food it was semi cold had no seasoning bland as ever and the soup had more carrots and ahrdly any seafood in it i ask the waitress she says well thats the way it comes. the waitress came by once to leave the food and disappeared that my wife had to get up find someone to bring us a refill and that itself took about 20min. worst place I do not recommend going u guys want good service good staff and good food go to Villa del mar on south cage in pharr.
