Gorditas Y Mas — Restaurant in Texas

If I could rate a negative one I would. I'm in a wheelchair and having a hard time getting into restaurant. No courtesy, we ordered lemonade and my son a Sprite. He orders fajita tacos, plain with fries, no sides except fries. We ordered a botana, fajita, chicken, sausage. Before this we order choriqueso. We get our food, half an hour my son gets his tacos, with veggies in it. Sends it back another 15-20 minutes, now we get the chorizqueso. We were never asked for a refill on our drinks, I had to call out a waitress to get a refill. We were over charged for the refill at regular price. My son's food was cold too. I'll never go back. I visit different restaurants on a weekly basis. But this place I'll never go back. To top it off we asked for a receipt for our food and the cashier didn't want to give us a receipt, this makes me wonder why we were having a hard time getting the receipt. Probably the best Mexican food I have had in the US. Menudo very rich with large pieces of pancita. Salsa habanero could rival any in Mexico. Green salsa also outstanding. Jamaica comes in a giant traditional Mexican style cup/pitcher with ice. I was so blown away by the food that I returned for Breakfast. Thier South Texas barbacoa has made my top 5. Eggs prepared perfect. Side potatoes in a red salsa is unique and delicious. Great flour tortillas. Everythiing is prepared with little to no grease. All food comes with condiments of onion, serrano, and limes. El Fantasma and Los dos de Tamaulipas on the TV to entertain. ...

Tried this restaurant for the first time. Very disappointed. Cashier had the worse attitude possible. She acted like ordering was a huge burden on her. Waited for over 20 mins for our drive thru order. Ordered gorditas. Which were not cooked fully and very dry. The taste of the fillings was horrible. Seems they just threw in random spices. Should've left it at pepper and salt. Would've tasted a whole lot better. First and last time going...
