My family and I have become huge fans of the new featured Crispy Almond Chicken Breast.... It's a must once or twice a week to stop by and pick up a few plates of this specialty. It's gotten out of hand where we are told this dish is not available, no more meat, not making for the rest of the opening hours of it... until last week before my trip I wanted to see if we had any luck and was told my an employee that they have stopped making this dish due to "lack of request" as well as because not many people where doing survey towards it and of course I questioned the fact that signs promoting this particular dish is all over the building inside and outside on the menu but nothing came of it brushed it off and moved along went on my trip and well to my luck I lived not so far from a Panda Express location gave a call just to ask out of curiosity, and was told they do have it on the menu. Had me thinking about what I was told previously from a Panda Express back home. Made it back home stopped at the bank and since just around the corner was Panda Express decided to give it a go.... sure enough it was available, and plenty! Had me very confused, to the point if it's just the fact that these employees out of so much requests because I can assure it goes out real quick very popular dish in our area they really just get fed up with the popularity of it and stop making it or simply really are out of it can't seem to grasp my mind on it with what it may be or...
Read moreBeen going here about twice a week for the past year, every time it’s the same thing. First time we had an issue they corrected the mistake and it didn’t happen for a while. This time it happened again for the second time in a row. The issue you may ask? If I order teriyaki chicken, why am I always given grilled chicken and no sauce? Today I happened to check my bag before I left and guess what? No teriyaki sauce once again! I ask the cashier where is my sauce. He then says that the sauce is available upon request. I say really? So I leave and I call the number on my receipt and ask to speak to the manager. I ask him what comes in a bowl of teriyaki chicken? His incompetence was dumbfounding! He said he needed the receipt number to know what was in my order. I asked again, what is included in a teriyaki bowl besides the rice or chow main? “He says all side are extra” I asked so Teriyaki sauce is extra? He says, “no that’s included upon request.” I say really? As I figured I’m not going anywhere with this guy, this comment is for the franchise owner, when did you become pollo loco? I didn’t ask for grilled chicken, I asked for teriyaki chicken! It’s on the damn name of the order, TERIYAKI BOWL! serve it right or close up shop! Btw this only happens at this location. I’ve ever had this issue at other location in the country, yes country not county! This place should be an...
Read moreThe employees in the restaurant were very polite and friendly. ..I noticed Chelsea and karen worked feverishly to ensure that the food was expedited to the customer in a timely manner while Mercedes on the other hand made a diligent endeavor to clean mopping and wiping the tables. Jay the restaurant manager served me a piping hot plate of absolutely delicious Chinese food ! I have read,if I may add the reviews on panda express website and I will say every establishment has their good days and bad days..as well as their good employees and bad employees. .invariably there will also be the good management and bad management. What sets good managers apart from grossly inept managers...is their ability and compassion to make the wrong a right! Once the customers lose confidence and trust then there is no loyalty and where there is an absence of loyalty and trust..a valuable customer is lost! Never to be recovered as a valuable customer...I really admire the restaurant manager. ..I met him today and he seemed a young man...
