Do not order pizza from this Pizza Hut restaurant!!! i came into Houston to have chemotherapy and stayed in a hotel in Porter, TX. I made my order online at 7PM and received it at 8:25PM. The stuffed crust pizza arrived ice cold and there was NO cheese at all in the crust. We also ordered two side salads. The tomatoes were so rotten they were mush. Seeing that I am currently undergoing chemotherapy for stage 3 cancer, I cannot eat old food. It could give me an infection and kill me. I proceeded to call the restaurant location and speak to Ruth the manager. I explained to her the poor state of the food and said that I either wanted a refund or another pizza. She told me that as of last week the store policy stated that she could not help me with either. I told her that I did not want the pizza and had not even touched it. Her response was "well throw it out then". After spending $30 on a pizza I don't just want to "throw it out". I either want another suitable pizza or I want my money back. I told her that if I was not compensated or did not get suitable customer service I would call corporate and put bad reviews online for her restaurant. The manager then hung up on me and when I tried to call back to get things worked out I was immediately hung up on. This was completely unprofessional on their part. About an hour later I get a call from the local police. The officer said that she was accusing me of threatening her somehow. Well it is a good thing I called corporate because they said all calls are recorded. That is great, at least I am protected. I have stage 3 cancer, I am not in the position nor will I ever be threatening anyone. Hopefully Pizza Hut corporate can instruct the staff at this location on good management skills, making a decent pizza, customer service and satisfaction and not wasting others time. Read moreThis location is absolutely horrible. Just save yourself the time and drive to the Kingwood location. Their customer service is also trash. I ordered a pizza directly as is on their menu, it as delivered with missing ingredients (pesto margarita pizza, missing the pesto) called customer service they put in an order for remake, got the remake and it was the same as original. Called customer service again and they did a 3 way call with the location - guy was not friendly- they said they would make sure the next remake would be made as it is supposed to be. Received 3rd pizza and can you guess? The same. Called customer service and told them I just want a refund because it’s been 3 hours now and I don’t think they are going to make a 4th correctly at this point. She agreed and told me for my trouble she was going to put in for a full refund of $79 of my order and I would receive a call from the location manager within a couple days. Never called, never got a refund. Called about 7 days later to check on refund and they never processed it then only refunded twenty something dollars. The call center said they sent another email for the location/area manager to call me and he never did not surprised. So again just go somewhere else. Read moreToday I ordered 2 specialty pizzas which were meat lovers and 18 wings and of course I tip the driver $10 as I always tip $10 to $20. However, I've never had a wrong order but today my order was wrong and they delivered to me two cheese pizzas. So, I informed the store of their error and they told me I needed to purchase 2 additional pizzas instead of them making the order right. RJ (cook) gets on the phone and I state that I'll be returning my order for a refund and he says okay and hangs up. RJ calls right back and say that we're not going to refund your order. Shelby (cashier) states that it's an computer error so call the 1-800 number and when I speak with Stacey (GM) she asks for for email confirmation. I wouldn't be asking for something if the order wasn't wrong and I'm standing here with my receipt in hand. That was $60 wasted on food that we're not going to eat because they chose not to make it right with a customer who has ordered from them for over 10 years and 1st time having an order wrong and now they want the customer to pay for additional food when it's their error.
