777 Hunan Cuisine — Restaurant in Kingwood

Let's start with the food I ordered the chicken fried rice $3 extra chicken all I could taste was salt no favor, no greeting when I came in they had only 1 table of guest a 5 top, they had already starting eating when I entered the door , finally the guy comes to take my order he told me the total I handed him a $20 bill well instead of giving my change which were bills he laid it on the counter didn't want to touch my hand I guess he walked away then as he entered the kitchen he yells back it will take about 10 minutes, well another employee or family member walked in from going to the store she had bags in hand she didn't speak to me, but as she put the bags down at the front host stand she made a point to speak to the 5 ppl that were eating she even went over to the table to check on them finally my food came out she placed it on the table instead handing it to me, the vibe was very cold and unwelcoming. I will never return the taco restaurant in the parking lot had more business than this place maybe because of the customer service., the rice was gummy like it had been reheated after attempting to eat it I threw it away. Love this place use to order here all the time but sent they changed the mile range on it we didn't think we could still order but we could I was so happy we are just 1ml off the thing and I love it here the food always hot sometime it takes between 45mins to an hour but that's cause we live kinda far plus a big order lol but I recommend this place BIG TIME!!! and I forgot his name but he the one that used to always deliver to us from when we had the trailer but it got taken down now we have a house and he loved it he always sweet and nice so any time we see him we always give him a tip plus anytime he brings are food he always brings extra fortune cookies we miss him haven't ordered in awhile will a couples of days but the food is always good but next time I'm trying something new :) kids always get the beef lo mein noddles and so do I love it and their other I love their most the...

Usually have no problems when I order. I ordered online 12/30/18 and it was a really fast and easy process. They took about an hour to deliver. When I checked all my food once inside my home I realized they had brought the wrong large side. I then called and they hung up after it rang twice. Then I called back and they said theyd take my name. But when I called again around noon 12/31/18 they acted as if they didnt know what i was talking about. So Ill post the photos. I got my confirmation email receipt right after ordering and it shows my order correct. Then the paper receipt that was stapled to there paper bag shows my order wrong.
