I made a purchase (see attached receipt). Female employee took my order and payment and another female employee (whom I see often when I visit) made & packed the order.
My change was given to me in all coin $1.56 I was not greeted or thanked for my business although I thanked them. Opened my chicken and had to return it. (See photos)
Upon returning my chicken, I spoke with the manager on duty “Nelson” and the 2nd female employee who packed my food. (Appears to be Hispanic or Latino female). I asked for a full refund.
The manager or the associate never even asked what was wrong, just started processing my refund. That caused me to open the box and show them both the chicken and I asked the female employee the following:
Why would you think it’s ok to serve this to me?
Would you serve this to yourself or someone you cared about?
No response verbally, blank stare then shook her head no.
So why would you serve me this?
I went on to further explain, I was not going to complain but I’m tracking each time I had a problem with my order she was involved by packing my food.
Even still, no apology. This location is not that old, not sure if ownership or management changed but this location is no where near the Frenchy’s standard or close to my original experiences.
This location needs effective leadership/management. It’s evident in the way your employees treat/service customers as well as the lack of professionalism shown on your responses to Google reviews. As a local customer I expect better!
Your service to our community & visitors is subpar & I’m going to make sure someone in authority is made aware.
I will be reaching out to Frenchys corporation regarding how this location represents their brand as a franchisee. Followed by the BBB for continuous complaints unresolved and the Harris County health department, you can’t serve old/expired food. Unacceptable!

Young lady behine counter was taking orders touching drive through window, counter register and money with thw same gloves she was getting the food with.
