Starbucks — Restaurant in Texas

Very rude I went to target place and the staff is unhelpfull. I was in the line and I through a piece a paper of my pocket and the lady staff told me to go to the end of the kine again since she saw me that I was there. I try to explain that I go to trash but my english is not good and she still said that I need to go to the end and the costume that was in my back just ignore me because she want to be the next. I go to the 8 persons line to the end asking for a frappe and no lies THE FRAPPE WAS SUPER SALTY!!! I try to ask for another or a refund and she had a question mark face because she don't understand my english I go back home with no coffee for my husband and with no money also...

The drinks are always made to my liking and the baristas are very friendly and seem to catch on to regulars quite fast! Big plus!!! The only thing that makes me drive to another location (and the reason it’s not a 5star) is the crazy way the line is set up. Even when I get through to getting my order, I’ve waited 3+ minutes just to get out of the parking lot area because I’ve had to drive around instead of them just having a straight exit to expressway like most locations. Me and my wife usually get expreso coffee or shot however you want to call it, we order and they said -we are only serving decaf because they were out espresso how that’s compared to a Coffee. Management has to do inventory or put someone able to do that job or close that location is the second time we got the same issue in that area decaf don’t wake me up 😐 that’s why I like Starbucks strong coffee ☕️ I hope next time I get whatever I need to follow...
