LA Crawfish — Restaurant in Texas

They brought out our order and we noticed they didn’t put the potatoes we asked for them and they were cold!!!! I told the lady that it’s ridiculous how this LA is always making mistakes and it’s going down. I asked for a refund but I still wanted to talk to the manager just not in the store for respect so no one would hear. So I called 1 min after I left and the lady in the front told me the manager wasn’t there when I had just seen Him 1 min ago. She hung up on me. I ended calling again and Ron (the manager) answered after she said he had “wasn’t there” And I let him know everything that was going on and I told him it used to be better but no it’s always something with them my order is wrong or the girls over charge or they have an attitude. Food is okay.. but ordered via their app Fourth of July and apparently they closed early(which is okay)My order still got charged contacted store and they said it’d probably be refunded, I waited. I’ve ordered several times from LA crawfish on 10th and it was always okay or a miss. I’m a NOLA girl that craves crawfish when it’s in season. Today was my first time ordering from the Mission location and my expectations were low. I was wrong! It was surprisingly very good and the crawfish boil used wasn’t bland like the other times. I ordered garlic butter Cajun style. I only ordered 2 lbs but I wish i ordered more. Only a few crawfish definitely tasted frozen but otherwise the rest tasted like fresh crawfish.
