Today June 3, 2019 at 1:34 pm my dad was treated extremely badly by a manager in the franchise #1837 in Mission, TX. My dad and I ordered a simple sandwich through the Drive Thru and payed with a gift card that had about $2.67. Of course we knew that was not enough to pay the total, but the employee taking orders charged our gift card with his iPad and told us we would be charged the difference with the lady handing the receipts up front. Once we payed the difference and got our receipt my dad noticed they had charged everything to our card instead of splitting it between the gift card and my own card. Realizing this my dad parked, got out of the car, and went to talk to the manager that was outside with the lady handing the receipts. The manager then proceeded to act in a rude way, even implying that my dad was accusing him of stealing. The manager's name was Fabian Gonzalez and did not behave in an appropriate manner. All we wanted was for them to charge us accordingly (how their employee said we would be charged) but instead we left with a distasteful experience with a manager of a company that is supposed to be the greatest food service franchise; otherwise well known for their great...

Itās by a lot of retail shops ššļø & a target so itās a busy area & somewhat difficult to get out of the parking lot. During peak times the drivers are really bad & I try to avoid it. Itās the closest to my home so I endure. Patrons be advised.
I have since been inside. š¬š« Itās quite awful and I see why thereās so many complaints in the comments. For me itās more the patrons than the staff. However the restaurant is very dirty. Very rude, inconsiderate people everywhere. No manners. Loud, obnoxious. Not the crowd Iām used to seeing at chicfila. Grown adults with their iPads on full blast competing w each other. It was the most unpleasant dining experience Iāve had at chic. Iāll stick to drive up! Recommend NOT coming inside if you are in a hurry or easily agitated...
Ā Ā Ā Read morešššššThis Location has ALWAYS forgotten to add an item on my drive thru order. Today was the final straw, I had not visited in 6 months and the same thing happened. I get home with what I thought was an order of 4 combos and they left out 1 chicken sandwich. I immediately call them, because of all the sandwiches they left out my hungry teenagers sandwich. Ughhhh the inconvenience of the so called convenience of a drive thru order, for a busy mom to be able come home and enjoy a dinner with her kidsā¦. What a joke. Itās infuriating that I had to drive back 15-20 minutes to Chicfila to pick up my sonās sandwich while I ate on the road and while he watched his siblings eat their sandwich. I missed dinner with my family.
Please check your orders before driving off. Iāve given them multiple chances and I always have to drive back to collect missed items not in the bags. I will NEVER...
