If I could put 0 stars I would. First, me and my family stopped 15 minutes before closing and we walked in. Rocio immediately looked upset and bothered. Ever since we walked in she was rushing us to get out and very rude. She stalled our order to finish cleaning the meat area and of course that took more time from the both of us. She made us very uncomfortable because she kept rolling her eyes throughout taking our order. She even messed up but I feared that she would get even more mad at us. She said I couldn’t even have any soup. Also, we got overcharged for a extra sandwich which she helped resolve that issue but she made us feel so dumb when we had confronted her about that problem and blamed us for it. The thing that bothered me the most was when she told us “Y’all could have got better service and none of this would have happened if y’all didn’t come so late.” I’m sorry but that’s not how you speak to your guests at your establishment. We come here every so often to have our favorite sub sandwiches but I now know this place isn’t too friendly and definitely don’t care for costumer service. We will never be back...
Read moreLast night (08-23-2023), Wednesday at 08:25 pm, my wife tried to go into this location and the door was closed for business, and this is 35 minutes prior to the closing time, and I called from home to the store no one answer the phone for the first two attempts, then a woman answered and told me the store will be closing in 10 minutes, and I asked the lady how come your front door is closed where my wife couldn’t enter, she hung up on me. Once my wife came home we both drove down to the store at 08:40 pm and the door was opened that time, when I inquired as to why the closed business for regular subway customers, she couldn’t answer and with a attitude she walked inside and never came back. I met this couple and they complained the same situation which had happened to them on the same time few minutes before my wife arrived to the store, but she had opened the door for them and he said it was 08:20 pm. Let's just say, sandwiches were NOT toasted and one of the drinks was open (seal broken)!! Like no CO2 was left in the bottle! Highly disappointed as my family really likes subway. Guess we will travel a little further, for better service.
