Taqueria Tropitaco (Food Truck) — Restaurant in Texas

Tacos are almost $3 and they barely serve any meat with it. I understand the grilled onions is extra but even w out it the toco is $2.75 i believe. Management should be ashamed to charge people for this. I understand prices have gone up but the fajita is not actual fajita (beef skirt) its low grade meat. I dont mind the type of meat bc they season it pretty good and its common in food trucks. It seems the gathered the last piece of meat on the griddle left from other orders. Really disappointed as my initial visits here were actually quite filling. I hope management changes this serving or else they will loose customers. I have gone down the street and had homemade tortillas with actual guisados for the same price and they come with double as much meat. Mediocre. The lady who took my order laughed at me for a solid minute when I mispronounced a word. I should have walked away at that point, but I really wanted to give this place a try. Then, she didn't know how to put my order into the machine. A lady cooking comes over to help and touches the tablet with her gloved hands to do it for her. If I had thought about this for an extra minute, I may have walked away. Instead, I waited. I received my order and it was basic. One okay salsa, no lime, no grilled onion, no roasted chile, and the flavor was meh. The asada was too salty and the al pastor was just weird in flavor and texture. This place I tried to give chances multiple times due to coworkers raving about it ! The first time I went the breakfast tacos were dry , and not seasoned I work at the airport so I’ve had co workers order me regulars tacos so I decided to try again . The next several times the tacos my coworkers brought were amazing so I go today to get birria quesadillas So good ! 10/10 But everytime I come i experience the worse customers service , they aren’t friendly , I stand there for a while before acknowledged .
