I will be contacting management regarding tonights incident. My experience at this location tonight was incredibly disappointing, reflecting a lack of professionalism and poor customer service. As a regular customer, I often walk in and make myself feel welcome since I rarely hear a “Welcome to Subway” when entering. This time, my son was helped by Luis, while I was attended to by a rude, disrespectful young man named Alex.
He seemed very serious as he began helping me, so I asked, “Are you okay? You look tired, you’ve probably been working hard.” In response, Alex told me, “If you act childish, I’ll ask you to leave.” I was taken aback and said, “Excuse me, you’re being rude and inappropriate, and you’re lacking customer service just because I asked if you were okay.” After a brief exchange of words, I decided that he wasn’t going to make my sandwich, so I requested that another worker take over.
I’m appalled by this employee’s lack of training, poor customer service, and inability to leave personal feelings aside when dealing with customers. His disrespectful attitude is unacceptable, and it’s disheartening that someone like him is representing this Subway location. As a regular customer, I will no longer be ordering from here. I will be taking my business elsewhere...
Read moreI've gotta give some love and credit to Subway today. I admittedly haven't been in years due to increased prices and subpar sandwiches/ options. My MIL suggested we try them today bc they're doing buy one get one free footlongs (FLBOGO code good through 9/27-10/13) I got footlong"the Beast" ($11.59) and my MIL got the go Footlong Philly Cheesesteak ($9.69) for a total of $12.55 with the coupon (the Beast is a bit more expensive bc it has 1/2 lb meat) I was very pleased to see they have expanded their menu options as well
Pictured is half of my sandwich. It's pretty tasty . I added garlic aoli, Italian cheese bread, cucumbers, tomatoes, and pickles.
They may not always have the coupon but the footlong is so big I could easily split it between two people (The cheese steak, was not as full but MIL said it was yummy and she's full as well after eating only half of it)
We ordered online and everything was made exactly as ordered and ready for pickup when we...
Read moreMobile orders are way more important than the physical person standing in front of them. The girl with the glasses did not acknowledge me or make eye contact in any shape former fashion. The bathroom was locked and when I asked for a key, she said someone’s in there and would not give me a key until after I paid for food. The girl with the glasses was the most rudest person. I have come across in a while that didn’t even say a word. Is this really the best you can do? Today, four months later, almost the exact same thing. Working on a mobile order, doesn’t bother to make eye contact or welcome or anything. Of course, the second person is back in the back hiding. On today, there is a T machine there but they have discontinued fresh brewed iced tea?? They won’t cut your veggies, like tomatoes, peppers, and onions into edible size pieces, nor do they carry knives anymore. What’s up with Subway these days? Is this seriously the...
