Jack in the Box — Restaurant in Texas

I have given this place SEVERAL chances to redeem themselves only because it’s CONVENIENT, but unfortunately, each and every time I am disappointed… so today is the day… the last straw that absolutely makes me want to 100% avoid this place like the plague :/ terrible service, Everyone looks and sounds like they hate their job and everyone that comes through for job related services :( Today, I made a conscious effort to smile even though I’m being frowned at -__- drove away feeling like I’m the bad guy… no more bad vibes from this location towards me. I ordered a southwest salad with grilled chicken, got a southwest salad with a frozen piece of meat that tasted old, called the store 3 times till finally someone picked up the phone, once I explained the issue they agreed to exchange the item for crispy chicken to make sure that it was not cold, once I drive 2 miles back to the restaurant they handed me the chicken only, I asked for a full exchange since the previous salad was already mixed the young lady in the front had to get permission from the manager on duty to exchange the salad, BTW she didn't even wanted to give me dressing for the salad I had to ask, the restaurant made me feel that I was begging for a good service, it is sad that we don't have many choices around, more after working...

To be upfront, I live in the neighborhood near this restaurant yet I don't go here except one in a blue moon. With that said, I've gone here for over ten years so I've had long time to experience this place. In all that time, I can't think of a single time I've had any issue or bad time. Even the one time where my order got messed up, they were very apologetic and fixed it fast.

Now, this is a popular spot, probably because the food is good and the service is fast , so there might be a small wait. But if you are wanting to go to a place where there is never anyone in line, then that place is probably not very good as no one wants to go there.
