Read moreIt was my first time trying this place out today, and it was an overall good experience for me. Upon entering, we were immediately acknowledged, and the restaurant looked nice and clean. We were allowed to sit anywhere we liked, so we sat at a booth which was very comfortable and cushiony. I ordered the Thai iced tea to drink, which was very good! I couldn't decide what to order to eat, so I asked the opinion of our server who recommended the yellow curry. He offered me a sample which was very nice. It was super flavorful and delicious. I definitely had to order it. We received a mini fried spring roll before our food came out. They were fresh, hot and crispy. I could've ordered some more! The curry was very filling though and I took half of it to-go. I had to try the mango sticky rice for our desert after reading reviews. It truly did not disappoint! The only complaint I have was the duck curry that my boyfriend ordered had bones in it. I told him he should order something else but he didn't want to complain, I guess. We wouldn't recommend that dish. I don't think it was worth the $20+. My yellow curry was amazing though and...
Read moreI don’t know… just didn’t seem very authentic to me. Every single dish we ordered were just loaded with green and red peppers. We’re talking about 3 separate dishes: a curry, a noodle dish, and a fried rice dish and I’m not sure even sure if they’re freshly cut peppers. They had that soft, thawed texture and color to em. For me and my group that just ruined the entire experience. I mean, this is Thai food right? See the pics below? Those are the peppers that we DIDN’T eat. Imagine how many peppers we started with. Additionally, the appetizers were underwhelming. We ordered the wings, crab rangoons, spring rolls, and coconut shrimp and the only one semi worth it were the rangoons. They were different and we liked them. All the others, basic with the same exact sauce on the side. The decor of the place? I felt like I was in a cafeteria setting or a really bright bar. It just didn’t fit and neither did the music. Not very intimate at all. We heard some music and it was like 90’s alternative and 2k pop and R&B. Again not a good fit and more than likely, we will not be returning. There’s better tasting options...
