Timmy Chan's — Restaurant in Texas

Not trying to be negative or anything about this fast food restaurant I remember back the days when anybody orders orange chicken or some other type of chicken fill up your plate not adding some other type of ingredients on it unless they change their product let’s just say that But story short is I guess around this time they change everything around I did not notice that and the only thing I could say is when I went yesterday for my brother to taste once again Timmy Chinese food, fried rice combo and the combo plate is like they only a lot of rice, less vegetables and a little bit of meat. I wonder, not trying to be superstition or anything, but is it possible that we’re running out of food supplies around the United States the way they’re changing their portions or something and some fast food restaurants also about the price on the website. It says different in my receipt it says the same thing but different. I know it’s about the taxes this and that, but on the receipt to the main website doesn’t match the price of the order that I did and I’m a little...

I come here regularly so I figured I'd write a review for this location. It's much better than the one located off of highway 6 for sure but I do feel the experience depends on who's working the day. The customer service is above average for the most part there and my orders have always been accurate. The price is very fair too for the amount you order.I always order take out and my experience with how they pack my food has been my only issue. The sauce is always dripping out of the package so I come home with it soaking in my bag and ruins the napkins in there so I would always have to use one my own. The food also always feels above temperature almost burning my tongue.

Food is great, establishment is clean. However I have to gripe about something that didn’t settle well with me.. We are going through a pandemic where many have lost business, jobs, with that being said the community is helping your business stay afloat and you have loyal customers. Why when I was ordering my food and asked for extra condiments I was being charge 5 cents for each duck sauce and ketchup. First time experiencing this especially when I have dined in other places and didn’t have to pay extra for condiments. I was afraid I was going to have to pay .25 cents extra for napkins.
