Wendy's — Restaurant in Texas

OK so me and my family we are new here in Allen which is right around the corner from Lucas so the Wendy’s we’ve been going to for the past three months is the one that’s in Lucas so I hear which normally it has been one of the best Wendy’s I am ever went to in my life seriously good service I normally don’t eat fast food but they’ve been clean nice olive until like lately nighttime shift for the past month has been below the standard of this restaurant I have to save myself and I know a couple of bad apples Will spoil a bunch so I wanted to leave a review tonight was the icing on the cake last night I went and they just been out of everything and it was out of cheese last night the night before they would have somewhere to stay they’ve been out of things lately at night time and then the employees there’s been working to drive to Reno event sarcastically being young immature about it very unprofessional maybe because of her age I’m not sure but tonight one of the managers lives it looks like the Hispanic lady short Hispanic lady which is very very nasty she had a very call nasty cough and it was clear that she was sick but she was stillWorking no Mas no gloves coughing at the window taking money coughing over the bag of food and she was still allowed to put my fries half in the bag it was a very nasty and sanitize and I just I know you guys do not allowed at this facility at this location so I just wanted to...

I don't usually write reviews but I had such a bad experience that I want to help others avoid it. First Jordan the guy at the window was high and was messing up my drinks when we pulled up and I had told him he got my drinks wrong and he had just left the window and made me and my fiance wait 20 minutes with no one in sight. After 20 minutes went by the manager passed the window and noticed we were there as if he had no clue we were even waiting on food but once we had explained what happened he apologized and got to getting all the workers back on their job but after that the workers still messed up by giving us half of our food and kept trying to rush us out and several times I had to explain what I had ordered. The manager was nice but every single worker in their night shift was just terrible and I hope they fire the first guy because he was who made it worse by giving attitude and leaving us at the window for so long I hope the owner reads this and makes some changes because I shouldn't have to wait restaurant time for fast food with terrible...

I must say that Wendy's has very good breakfast. I was out this morning and wanted to stop and get me something and I almost went to Starbucks which was next door. So I decided on Wendy's instead. I had their breakfast a couple months ago for the first time and it was really good. I had their sausage egg and swiss breakfast sandwich on a croissant. Also have there Frosty Chino iced coffee drink and it was delicious. But the icing on the cake was there little fried potatoes that they give you with each breakfast sandwich when you purchase a meal. It is very good actually better than just good it was delicious. The little potato wedges are seasoned well crispy and hot. Instead of running to McDonald's all the time y'all should really try Wendy's breakfast it's very good. And to be honest with you it tastes better than the breakfast sandwiches that I've had at McDonald's and at Starbucks.
