Wendy's — Restaurant in Texas

By far the worst experience I've ever had. We came in as a group, my parents, my uncle and his kids, me and my small family. Each had to wait 20 minutes to get our order taken. They took care of their drive through only. There were four people. One manager at the drive through, one making burgers and two on fryers. Some reason they did not have a person on the register. They didn't address us or anything. Couldn't get their attention. My parents ordered first and fed my son because he was starving, 1 YO. It took almost an hour from the time we walked into the door to getting our food. I almost got into my car and went through the drive thru to get served because more than 10 cars went through and we still had not even been greeted or anything. They just ignored us until it was convenient for them. Not only that, but when I gave my order I said, "Dave's double with cheese. Mayo, mustard pickles only", they asked if I wanted cheese. So I repeated my order. The burgers came out awhile later, mine was made wrong. So I finally got the managers attention, and she laughed at me when I said "I don't know how more plainly I can say it. I just want cheese, mayo, mustard and pickles on my burger". It got made and I said "that's my burger can I have it please I'm tired of waiting" cause it was sitting on the counter. Not even the warmer. Lobby was not busy. We were the only ones. After we got our burgers, another family came in and got their orders in and food to them right away. Which made us furious. Very unprofessional management at this location .

One of my employees took her lunch break at Wendy’s and also used the restroom after eating her meal and accidentally left her keys in the restroom and as she realized seconds later she turned around and tried to get her keys but the door was locked , she kindly asked the manager Lettie if she could open up the restroom because she left her keys in the restroom and the manager Lettie stated it was her ( my Employees ) fault and she has to wait till Tomorrow because she should have not locked the door behind her ; she also did not want to call her general manager because They’re off on the weekends and they did not want to bother them again this whole situation and how Wendy’s management handled it was not Okay !

She was super inefficient with the situation and she acted as if she did not care as well as the whole staff .

After several attempts and a call to a different Wendy’s we were able to get Jorge’s ( general manager) number because Letty did not want to provide once We contacted Jorge and he as well was very unprofessional and basically said we need to provide the tools to unlock the restroom, and if we do provide them if the door was damaged while Trying to unlock it , then we would have to pay for it .

Wendy’s do better with training your management team and employees on how to properly handle...

I usually don't post reviews. But this needs said. This location was very disappointing. When we arrived around 7 there was 1 person ahead of us in the drive thru. My fiance ordered his meal got a coffee with it. When she asked if that's all he told her no and I started my order. I order my meal with a cold brew. She had to pause and confirmed it was with his meal. She asked what flavor I said chocolate and then ordered my (work) sandwich (no meal) and ended asking for ranch. When we got to the window there was only his meal and my meal was just in as a sandwich and wedges on the receipt. Then he asked about my sandwich and she had to put in a new order. She told us it would be 6mins wait. We waited for our food which by that point I was fustrated. She never gave me my cold brew. It wasn't included with the meal I ordered. And I refused to order another item and wait longer. So she brought our food out and my fiance asked about the ranch being in that 2nd bag because it wasn't in the first original order/bag. She just said ranch? Really loud and "surprised". We had her go get it. Over all If I could this deserved no stars. Wedges were cold and like they were left over from the day before. And the sandwiches were meh. So what a way to start the day and all...
