Zydeclaws LLC — Restaurant in Texas

Pulled up to drive thru and a guy was in parking lot. Open light was still on so I pulled to window to see the closed sign had obviously just been put there.I tried to get his attention waiving my hand & tapped my car horn to ask if they would have crawfish & what time opening tomorrow. He totally ignored me as he was closing windows with screens on them. There was a younger guy who eventually stepped out the back door & said "we're closed" I replied that yes I see the sign but asked him if the other guy was disabled as he was wearing glasses (maybe blind and or deaf) because I wanted to be sure that I wasn't just being ignored. He said no ma'am. I replied wow, and asked my initial questions in which he answered. He also apologized for the rude a$$. I've been patronizing Zydeclaws since they opened, through management or ownership changes & never have I experienced anything on this level. I did notice the last time I went the cashier was not friendly, but didn't take it personal. The only reason I left this review is because I went to the page to see their hours & saw where a dine in customer who had just left had a horrible experience....owners and management your Sat crew 4/6/19 needs to be re-trained or find new jobs. Great customer service & respect goes...

Well not for nothing but probably the worst experience ever!!!!!!!! It was my birthday and the entire time they kept rushing us to leave almost from the time we arrived because they needed to be out of there by 8:45 p.m. when there business says they close at 9 p.m. I am so very disappointed and to be honest I don’t ever leave anyone a review but the waitress had such bad attitude I felt compelled to do so. We weren’t even offered a refill not once. On top of everything else my friends (who did arrive a little late) were made to feel like they had to swallow their food instead of enjoy it. They also weren’t offered a drink either. Needless to say the waitress was slamming chairs and sweeping with a whole attitude while we sat their trying to eat our meal. It’s a Saturday and customers should be able to enjoy their meal that they worked so hard all week to pay for. I’ll never ever...

This place is discusting. After confronting the staff about the over salted snowcrab they resumed to trash talk myself and my wife behind there little wall. The crawfish taste like clorox and dirt not to mention there small. Considering they did not cook the potatos thoes were good. There is an awesome place in Mongolia called the crawfish joint and believe me they are worth the drive and about 1 million times better and cheaper!! And if you dont want to go that far I would highly recomind waiting for crawfish connection to open up. Or you can go to the crawfish shack in Crosby!! Anywhere but here, this place...
