I had a car full of ppl trying to order and the cashier was pushing us to quickly get them the order .Dont get me wrong we knew what we wanted they just kept saying is that it after every order. So I asked him can u plz let me just finish the order without asking that over and over. We could only see 3 items on the screen when he said is that right so we told him we cant see it all. Then we pulled up checked the receipt saw we were missing the plain cheese burger. So I pd for that. Then we noticed on the receipt they charged us for 3 double quarter pounder's and they had to get a manager I guess to refund us one and the manager blamed us for not reading a screen that did not display it. We told him it didn’t show the whole order and again he said next time read it. My God. Never in my life have I ran into that kind of attitude. Blaming a customer for a cashier mistake . And for what.. a simple I’m sorry about that let me fix that for u would have sufficed.we didn’t even ask for a manager. Just a refund on 1 burger that was not ordered. Edit: My sister recently went thru 2 weeks ago and stopped here and said the management was really rude to her when they messed up her order and she came back to simply have them fix it.. Read moreI went in there and I was going to use my online coupon from my app. And for some reason the manager said that that wasn't valid. It was a deal where you buy any breakfast sandwich for a dollar and I only had $1 to my name at the time. So rather than turn me away because that's what most places would do seems how I walked there from downtown the manager who was a beautiful Hispanic lady was very helpful because she let me buy that breakfast sandwich for $1. He picked up on I was down on my luck and only had a buck and it was very touching to have the manager then ask me if I would like to have some coffee. That simple act of kindness was several weeks ago but it has made a lasting experience in my heart. And to be honest I was really sick that day and had left the hospital on foot and what a blessing it was to have that manager in the morning and a wonderful staff who were busy cleaning windows and making sure the dining room was very clean. When I went to use the restroom it was immaculate. In fact now that I think about it I don't think there is ever been a time that I've went to that McDonald's and had a bad experience. As frequent McDonalds customers, we (usually) like the spicy crispy sandwich. We ordered two meals. (We decided to use the drive-thru because of time constraints). As soon as we got on the freeway, we realized that the colas we ordered were no good. (No syrup) The sandwiches were served in foil bags instead of the usual boxes. The sandwiches were oddly dried out as well steamed and gooey! It seemed like they might have been made ahead a long time ago. The "spicy sauce" was a comical small dab in the center of both sandwiches. $20 + and completely inedible. Well, we wanted to bring this to the attention of the restaurant's management by making a complaint, but we discovered that we were not given a receipt. Ok, did they intentionally leave it out to make it difficult for customers to complain? It seems likely, especially by reading some of the reviews for this location.
