This is the 2nd time within a week n a half myself and a friend do mobile orders to pick up. When I say they literally had to come n go back and forth to get things that were missing, drinks, sandwiches, nuggets and wraps! The same thing again last night. And the fact that they kept asking for our receipt which is on our phones, no physical receipt (mobile orders) questioning us about what we ordered. Like y'all don't have the order on the screen? This took us literally close to 45 mins on both occasions. Not to mention getting home n everything we ordered was wrong! Thought it may just have been one of those days we ordered again. Let's just say we had to pull around n the guy had to go back inside twice. We still didn't get all of our drinks but we were so aggravated we just left. Get it together people!
