Huddle House — Restaurant in Thibodaux

For $50.33 for 1 appetizer, 2 entrees and 2 drinks… very dissatisfied in all fields!! For starters, our waitress was not very helpful with the menu as I wanted an MVP Taco. She didn’t know what that was. 5 minutes later another waitress comes out with what I wanted for another customer after I ordered another item. We ordered fried pickles as an appetizer and they were burnt to a crisp and crunchy and dry. They bring our food out and didn’t bring us any silver ware. I had to go ask for silverware and when I found our waitress, she doesn’t give me silverware…she gives me “TO GO”!PLASTIC SILVERWARE!!” Like are you kidding me?! The food wasn’t anything to compliment about. I’ve heard some good things about this restaurant, but my experience was totally far from that. Highly dis recommended this place unless you don’t care how poorly your food tastes and how bad the service is. Not to mention $50 without a tip. I didn’t leave a tip because our service was so bad. Stop here for lunch! I could hear their entire conversation in the grill area. Sadly and unprofessional the manager was involved in this loud and public conversation heard throughout the restaurant. Including hearing them complain about other employees who work other shifts, yelling to each their personal business, and short outburst of not so pleasant singing! Last but not least the food was nasty. Philly steak soggy and onion rings overcooked! Server CLemencia was an exception, she was very nice and seemed out of place from the rest of the crew! And looking at previous Reviews the owner seems very aware of the things that take place at this location! I think it’s time to make a call...

My husband when there at around 10:30-11:00 and the service was nice he said the people was nice and he ordered our food and think we about to get good food and everything was disgusting my husband got the sampler and everything was fried way to hard and so small of a fry. My sons got the tenders and fries and the tender was hard as a rock they couldn't eat them and they had all so little fries in theirs too. I will never go back we should of went to iHop or Waffle House instead. And the only reason why I gave some Stars is because the people there was nice people but the food is nasty they need to learn how...
