This is the worst CFA I’ve been to! Arrived at 10:43am 4/28/22, pulled up in the first lane. There were only two cars in the drive thru. The young girl taking orders in lane 1(individual braids in her head) see me pull up and proceed to walk around the building leaving her post. No one took my order until I blew my horn at the young lady in the second lane, she came over took my order and said she thought someone was there, all while cars built up behind me. I drive around, wait, finally get up to the window, no one says anything with 2 workers going in and out bringing orders to cars behind me. I counted 6 cars behind me that got food and Drove off and I was still sitting there. A guy bagging the orders comes out and say the batch of chicken fried was not good. I asked for my money back! He gets the manager, I explained the situation while she’s at my car and she says “well we had a lot of orders” no I’m sorry no I apologize for the inconvenience nothing! I told her that was unacceptable! She said my money would go back to my card in 1 to 2 days. That’s the same amount of time it’ll take to get an order correct here! Read moreI have never once ordered honey with anything from this place ever in my life, yet every time I order honey roasted bbq sauce they put honey in the bag, it's happened several times and I always use the mobile app to make certain anything I order isn't mistaken. Today the drive through took so long I wanted to leave but there was no way to exit, it took over 20 minutes. This time they didn't put honey in the bag though, they just left the honey roasted bbq sauce out completely. I've given this place many second chances and now I'm done. I once witnessed one of their employees pick his nose outside, go into the restaurant and hand me a bag without washing his hands and I refused to take it and left. I pulled over and called the restaurant and told them about it. The guy on the phone literally said it was probably because of the rain and lightning. It had been about 20 minutes since the weather cleared that I got there, but more so, how does the weather keep someone from putting stuff in the bag? He then said that they are human and make mistakes. I filled out the complaint form online and the owner sent an email. She said she was putting an ice cream item in my rewards account.
