Taco Bell — Restaurant in Thibodaux

I actually think this is the second time I’ve been to this Taco Bell. I’ve complained to Taco Bell about 3 times in my life and this is visit number two in a row that I’ve had to say something. If the f*ing manager can’t make a five layer burrito. (Remember that means 5 ingredients. Then that manager deserves exactly what she’s being paid. To all of the associates who work at this particular T Bell - For God’s sake please quit and work at Walmart or something because first off, if your wanting to make better money, you’ll make it, and also they don’t get insanely busy unless you’re a CSM or cashier. Just for the love of god please everyone who works here; if you don’t care about your job... FIND a job you do care about! Why waste your time. The average lifespan is 78 years in the US. I worked at a Taco Bell and I know it sucks. I was overseen by a man who probably chugged glue in grade school and I understand but y’all need a pep talk. Do better for yourselves! Place is an insult I ordered my food ahead in the Taco Bell app when I got there the girl got my order wrong after confirming with me over the drive thru speaker what my order was then when I pulled up to the window to collect my food the lady shoved my order out the window when I proceeded to grab the bag it ripped virtually almost spilling food out the bag on my lap she was rude and unprofessional also my combos I ordered weren't in a box I ordered 3 different boxes so I had my daughter double check the order the food was right but the way the food was made and wrapped looked like it should have long been thrown out I will never eat again at the Taco Bell on Canal Street in Thibodaux, Louisiana again nor would I recommend it to anyone I was visiting my girlfriend to drop her food off while her mom was in the hospital at Thibodaux Regional and thought it would be a quick easy meal for the 3 of...

The food is not always fresh .I have bought a Taco Salad on 3 different occasions, & the tortilla shell was rancid, now why 3 times ? Well I thought that the first time it was just one of those things .So I gave them another chance after I called & told them about the rancid tortilla I got the first time I got one .Taco salad # 2 was the same ,the tortilla was rancid .So if course I called& told them .So I waited a long time before I went back to Taco Bell saying to myself I know that the prob has been fixed .Well wasI ever wrong the 3rd time was my last time going to Taco Bell .After throwing the whole thing in the garbage can I called them to tell them not to continue selling those rancid tortillas to the public . I will continue to tell everybody who I talk to about my experiences with Taco Bell .I will not be going to Taco Bell anymore .I am done with them .Thanks...
