Slow service and WAY too Expensive!!! This was 2 stars…Before I got to the food. I downgraded to 1 star because 10 minutes after I got my order, it was to say the least, a major disappointment! I had asked for sauce on my sliders. Most didn’t have any and the couple that did was barely visible. The patties were to the point of being burnt and if it wasn’t for the sogginess of the buns, it would have been like eating a big cotton ball. And as far as the “french fries” were concerned, they were more like mashed potatoes. That is how soggy they were. I agree with a previous reviewer…styrofoam is a TERRIBLE idea for these items. They should really take peoples advice and go with parchment paper. I am a slider addict, but I’ll probably never go back unless things change. I've gone here probably a dozen times including the grand opening. The first few times I visited the food quality would fluctuate wildly from a nice juicy burger and crispy fries to a burger so thin I can see through it and under cooked fries. Lately, every time I've gone they have been extremely consistent pushing out hot, fresh, juicy burgers and crispy fries.

Other reviews complain about the price but they are on par or maybe cheaper than McDonald's. A two slider combo is $7.99 while McDonald's quarter pounder meal is $8.59. I would say two of these sliders are as filling as a quarter pounder.

The wait can be longer than McDonald's or Burger King but your food is being prepared as you order not sitting under a heat lamp for the last 45 minutes. i can't remember the last time i had a french fry that tasted freshly cooked from McDonald's or...
