Five Guys — Restaurant in Thibodaux

I went to pick up an online order at the Thibodaux, LA location and I was discriminated against by being told I needed to wait outside for not having a face mask on. I told the lady working behind the counter that I had an exemption. She told me that I needed to provide a card from a doctor stating that I had an exemption. I told her that I did not need to provide such a card or have to reveal any personal medical information to her. She told me that I did and that it was orders from corporate that a person needed to provide documentation of a medical exemption. I would like to see a copy of this documentation that she mentioned came from corporate that states what personal documentation needs to be revealed to your employees and company for me to do business there. I was forced to wait outside like some sort of dirty animal in order for me to receive my food. When the food was brought to me, the same lady reiterated that I needed to provide documentation from a doctor stating my medical exemption and that this was orders from corporate. It's bad enough I have to deal with the stares of everyone around me because I can't wear a mask, but to be embarrassed and told to wait outside like an animal is inexcusable. I will never eat at Five Guys...

Wow! The food was excellent! But the guy named Graham stall (specifivally the one that holds the record on the super mario makrer 2 level bowsers big burrito) cooked these fried e quisetyl! This has to be the worst layout design for a restaurant I've ever seen. I feel so bad for the workers, because there is zero privacy behind the counter. They look so uncomfortable being on full display in front of the entire restaurant. Then you have the windows in the front of the building, I don't even like ordering in because, I hate when people watch me eat. And can someone explain to me why I'm paying $15 for a burger & fries? Not even counting the shake. What are these prices? The entire restaurant is an introverts worst nightmare and the food isn't even that good to pay what they are...
