McDonald's — Restaurant in Thibodaux

they were on their phones , they didnt let the fries drain they just took them out the grease and dumped them , i went for fries and a smoothie and it took them 1 hour and 30 minutes to do that . they were talking about people , not wearing hair nets and my smoothie was literally water with strawberry flavor it had NO ICE . they were laughing as some customers walked in i dont know if it was because they were old are if it was what they had on but they were laughing , they were not doing their job correctly in my opinion and something needs to happen or mcdonalds will never recieve a penny...

Mobile app stated I could pickup order at counter. Got to the door and they were locked. The door stated the lobby closes at 11, I placed my order at 9:46. If you're looking for a place of employment, stay away from this establishment unless you're just that desperate for cash. Employees are BARELY trained but they're talked down on under performing. They're idea of training is telling another empoyee to tell you which buttons to hit but appropriate greetings and script is never discussed. That doesn't stop them from interrupting you over the intercom because you're not saying the right script and telling you to go home because of it. My short period of time working...
