I ordered 5 piece tenders combo with a coke & fries on their app and a “free side” popped up so I clicked fries then payed for my order with my card on the app. I go through the drive thru, tell them I ordered on their app, they give me the drink and fries. I call them from their parking lot, they come to my window , I show them the order and payment went through as a 5 piece tender combo with an extra free fries and a coke. They say their system shows the tenders were canceled and it didn’t charge me for them when it clearly did. They also charged me for both fries. I showed them proof that I payed for tenders and it charged my card for the tenders and not the second fry. They were rude and didn’t do anything about it. Who ever the shift manager was on 11/08/2023 around 7 pm at the location on south Acadia needs to be fired. She has no patience,is very rude and has an attitude. She said she could not hear me when I was placing my order thru the drive thru so I spoke a little louder. She got very rude and stated the total my order with an attitude. When I got to the window she standing there stating the price of my order an attitude. People like her should never hold jobs dealing with the public. It was takeout. My son ordered me a golden bbq bacon and chicken cheese sandwich. There was NO cheese and NO Bacon. Very simple order and it was COMPLETELY WRONG and the chicken was very OVER FRIED and forgot to include my son's biscuits, which we clearly paid for and was not included in our order, the small red beans cup had about a quarter of a scoop. This is just ridiculous. Please pay attention to what's being ordered. Unfortunately I could not go back and show how wrong the order was. So that's the reason...
