I love this store. It is my favorite store. These people that work here are the sweetest! I have been here probably 15 times now since opening. The food they make is amazing and is made correctly not americanized! I am polish American and I love buying their homemade food, the desserts , soups, wraps, and all the candy and chocolate! My mom buys these crackers made in Italy and loves them. I LOVE the ukrainian cheese they sell! I also LOVE the vegan banana cake!!!! It's amazing, perfect consistency, not too dry or too moist, just PERFECT. I also get my little flags from here! I got one to support Ukraine and one poland flag for in front of our house. My mom and dad love the homemade peirogis. I think I've met almost all the workers now. I'll talk about each one I've interacted with. First, the polish man: he's so sweet! He's always offering us to try his food and he talks with us so nicely. Next, the taller polish lady with blonde hair: she is just a doll! She is so sweet to us. She is so friendly to talk to! Next the younger girl: I've only seen her once but she was so nice and friendly, also helpful! Lastly the other polish lady that has blonde hair, first time I seen her was today and she is very kind and friendly. I love that they have so many different things from different countries to eat! Right now with the war in ukraine, it's hard to get food from their country. But I am glad you are able to get us some. Thank you for supporting ukraine in this time. I've watched this war since the beginning and it's been horrible flr them 😞💔. It's very important that we show support for them because he won't stop after ukraine. If you are not familiar with the beauty of a polish deli, you are missing out. The sandwiches here are huge, and the lunch meat is even cut to order. The prices are super fair given the size of the sandwiches. This place puts Subway to shame. If you are not getting your sandwiches from here, it really your loss, in taste, quality, and price. There is absolutely no reason to go anywhere else. Plus, as your sandwich is fresh-made to order, you can shop the rest of the store. I ordered four sandwiches, which everyone in my family rated a 5-star; and while I waited I bought a ton of European and polish dishes. I bought golumpkies, desserts, candy bars, perogies, and potato pancakes. The prices are pre-covid and extremely fair. I am making this amazing place a regular stop on my rotation. Visiting my sister for a few weeks and discovered this little gem! Our first trip there we bought some pastries, a box of biscuits and herring. Took home a sandwich menu and decided to go back for lunch on another day. WOW!!! What a delicious sandwich! Made fresh with fresh cut deli meats and cheeses! Lots of meat onthis huge sandwich and reasonably priced! Also got some potato salad, a couple of double rolls (one mushroom and one spinach and cheese wrapped in phyllo...delish). I was curious about the Polish pickle soup so got a container of that. Man, was I pleasantly surprised!!! A bit sour and very savory....I would recommend it!!! I wish I lived here and have a chance to sample everything! I know that when I come back again this is a place I will frequent! I'm sure my sister will be back often!
