This was a very disappointing restaurant visit. My wife has celiac disease and we were served gluten food that Chili's labels on the menu as gluten free. The country fries are cooked with breaded onion rings, also the in-bone wings they say are gluten free, we were told after eating half that they are cooked with same grease also. My wife was eating her fries and picked up breaded onion ring crust instead of fries. I asked to speak to the manager and was informed that the food is cooked together which will make the food cross contamination. I was very angry, Chili's had just made My wife sick. People with celiac disease can NOT have gluten at all. The manager spoke with me and was nice to us he said they were sorry and he would talk to corporate. There needs to be properly labeled menu and knowledge in all restaurants or they need not cater the label gluten free. The battle of staying free for years and having all clear on her test only, too now be introduce full blast to gluten overload again! Which starts the battle within all over again. There are many attacks and different symptoms that follow a Celiac disease patient verses a gluten intolerance patient. Knowledge is a must if you're serving customers with any form of immune disease and or allergies. Most people want to trust restaurant like Chili's to know and offer good clean food and to provide food without allergies in the food that Chili's labels as such. I will be in touch with corporate to see what position Chili's as a corporation is on this issue is. ALL restaurant's need to take this issue very...

Didn't get a chance to eat here. Waited with my family for 20 minutes. It was not until then the hostess noticed that we had not been serviced that she came to assist. Waited another 10 minutes for waters. Still no waitress. Myself and the guest behind us had not been greeted either. Only provided drinks by the hostess. I asked the hostess who was the actual server and she stated she was not aware who it was. We asked for a manager . There was an African American gentleman who was a manager on the phone so Kaylee came to greet us. We explained to her that we were never acknowledged nor greeted by anyone. Kaylee was very blunt and explained she only had to waitress and she was busy. I understand being busy . But can not excuse the lack of professional courtesy to simply greet guest. I asked where managers assisting with waiting tables since there were supposedly only two waitress /waiter. She stated she was and added that she was going to have someone else come assist us. Also, I was further baffled that manager were assisting and we had not even been greeted. The older couple behind us chimed in and stated "she could have at least said sorry".... I responded had we been white I felt she would have. Kaylee was very unapologetic and made no efforts to simply acknowledge appreciation for time spent waiting patiently to be serviced. Kaylee literally stormed off and we left. I will not spend a dime anywhere I feel unappreciated. If I am not valued then neither...
Read moreMy family and I arrived at the restaurant just before 9pm. Once we were seated, it took a while before anyone waited on us. We had to ask for menus. 3 waitresses stopped by the table to say someone would be with us before anyone actually took our drink orders. One of the waitresses wasn't even working. She was dining with her family and decided to help out. When we finally got the drinks, 3 of them were wrong. Everyone makes mistakes, that's fine. After the drinks were corrected we placed our orders. It took 20+ minutes for chili and two salads to come out. The waiter assured us the entrees would "be right up". After an hour, 3 entrees came out. Our waiter told us they were out of buns and could not serve my sister's big mouth bites. She was upset and canceled her whole order. Our waiter had to leave our table to report that another one of his tables had walked out. Apparently we weren't the only ones dissatisfied with the service. Then the waiter came to the table again to tell us there were out of ribs. We sat at the table for over an hour for only half of us to get food. The waiter genuinely felt bad and said "if y'all want to walk out now, I wouldn't chase you". The manager didn't do anything to make it right and offered a faux apology. Two stars because the food we DID receive was good and the waiter was...
