Hardee’s — Restaurant in Thomaston

I wish i could give no stars because it doesnt deserve one...went in today Nov. 3rd 2018... 1st time in a long time because during the day you never see anyone there but I wanted to try the new sliders they have ...well me and my wife would in there is a lady waiting who obviously was on lunch break because she had said asuch when she asked for a refund and theanager didn't wanna give it to her I guess it would have made her look bad or something..but she finally did ...that should have been our 1st clue this was gonna be bad...but we continued we were already there and we'll we were in a hurry but we got there at 330 didn't get our food till almost 4...noone in drivethru ordering we are the only ones there.....the manager walks outside with a feloof employee and smokes in front of the store....leaving just the cashier Tessa I think ...and a woman in the back making our food...the cashier was sweet but while we are waiting she's talking about how depressed she is and how she's thought about suicide....not making light of depressed ppl but if I worked there I would be too...lol but this was the worst experience I've ever had with a restaurant and my 1st complaint...but the woman making our food never wore gloves but she did have a hat on with hair stringing down her back....unbelievable...it took almost 30 min with one customer how is that ?...

just went to Hardees to pick up dinner. As I went thru drive thru I noticed there were 2 vehicles waiting but that didn't deter me. placed order & was ask to pull in parking spot so I was 3rd in line. I waited or 18 minutes & noticed that car #4 & 5 got their order and I was still waiting. I went inside & the young man working said "I was fixing to bring you order" as he handed me a bag. I looked inside & knew it wasn't mine. I ordered a #1 &#2 (both cheeseburger meals ) & was given 2 ham & cheeses. a woman came out from the grill area & apologized & said they had several call out tonite & there was only the 2 of them working. She did redo our meals which meant more waiting but we appreciated the effort. I don't know who owns or supervises this Hardees but it seems that they don't care what kind of image this location portrays.someone should be on standby in case some call out or someone in management should be available to come in if there isn't anyone else available. I went inside to get food to go the lady had my food ready sitting on the counter for 15 minutes she looked into the bag about five times only when I asked what was taking so long to fill my order after everyone else who had ordered before and after me did she say oh it's right here I was trying to make sure everything was in it I pointed out she had looked into the same bag three or four times didnt add or take nothing out she didn't respond not to. That was not the only issue that day the fact that she'd take one order walk away from the registers to fill it stand and wait on food to be made worse of all I'm 30 this lady was older than me and she should have done what she was told take all the orders than fill them like her coworker said I know this isn't McDonald's and not to expect fast food service times but know my food sit on the counter so long it got lukewarm and watching her check it yet not give it to me on top of been unproductive at her job she needs...
