Burger King — Restaurant in Thomaston

Today, we order what sounded like especially delicious patty melts for delivery. We were really looking forward to some great burgers that you guys usually serve. We ordered the spicy ones that were supposed to have onions and jalapeños and spicy sauce on toasted bread. What we got were two incredibly small one patty with two pieces of cheese sandwiches. NOTHING else! PLAIN. As always, onion rings were excellent! Soft drinks, perfect mixture of syrup to carbonated water. So-so Hershey pie, as in Luke warm. I have noticed that whenever it it a delivery order from Burger King, the burgers are ALWAYS not what we ordered. Can’t blame it on delivery as they had our order exactly as specific as we ordered. The fault is on BURGER KING in THOMASTON GA! When we eat there or pick up our order thru drive thru, we check before leaving, but delivery can’t do that. Please remind your managers that this kind of service reflects badly not only on you all as a corporation, but it also makes consumers not want to do...

i was in the line at burger king at 10:20 & the line was backed up so i called and asked if they would still serve breakfast to the people in the drive thru , she said yes so when i got up there i ordered breakfast and she woman says “we on lunch” i said , “i called and she said if i was in line before 10:30 i would still be able to order breakfast” and she just kept repeating “we on lunch” and i completely understand that but if you say you’re going to do it then do it!! also, the attitudes and rudeness from this place in general is absurd. on a normal day ordering from the regular menu there’s always going to be something wrong with the food or they are out of whatever you want. these people are lazy & RUDE!! they spent the money on the upgrades but can’t get a handle on their staff. people like this shouldn’t be allowed to...

I moved down here from Ohio and I thought wow the people are so nice and polite until I went through burger king drive thru! They were so rude and acted like they didn't want to be there. Yes I have worked fast food in the past and I'm not saying it's an easy job, but the customers that come through are who are getting you a paycheck. We have this entitled generation that think they deserve more than they do and think there is no consequences to their actions. Well guess again!!!
