I had the worst experience ever at a subway here. The employees was nonchalant about the service they was giving me. Disappointed, I asked for my money back. Upon doing so the cashier could not give me my cash back. Although I gave her receipt, I had to wait for a manager to come to give my money back. ( Which made no sense being that I gave cash not a credit card). The manager asked through the cashier over the phone why did I want my money back which I replied I don't like the service here. After waiting 10 to 15 minutes for the manager to arrive, she shows up with her family ask to bring back up. Her husband and her daughter. They all exit the car approaching the building as if they all were coming to handle business. As soon as the manager walked in, (Mahogany) she doesn't speak she walk straight to the cashier and asked what was going on as if she didn't didn't hear what was going on over the phone. No apologies to us, no greetings, nothing but attitude. She fumbles with the cash register a bit, and ask again why do we want our money back. I again replied that I don't like the service here. She then informs me that there is another Subway of the highway. The female companion I was with and I both took offense to that being that she was nonchalant about the problem at this restaurant. And then the female companion I was with tells her that I to work at a restaurant and when a customer wants their money back they are not constantly question. The manager, Mahogany, continues to go back and forth with the female companion and ends a sentence by saying"whatever little girl". I then try to deescalate this situation by removing my female companion to the outside of the building. I merely walk back into the building And waited for my money. I then come and say it to her, you are very unprofessional. Why are you even being combative with customers and you a manager. She proceeds to tell me whatever whatever just get your money and don't come back. I said okay fine give me my money and I will leave and I don't want to come back. Her husband is talking over me asking does she want him to call the police to have us band from the store. ( All because I want my money back) she then takes the $12 and change out of the drawer and ask me did I have the $7 and change that they had gave me. I asked her, Are you serious right now? She the replied YES, give me the change we gave you for the $20 ( mind you she didn't even have $20 in her hand) I then asked her how can you be a manager and be that bad at math? I started to laugh she then shove the money to my hand and told me to leave store. As I left the store, her husband walked very close behind me as if he was escorting me out of the store. I stopped walking and turn to him and ask him,"are you okay brother"? Then he proceeded to go back and forth with me. Then she yells out call the police and get their tag number. As if we were fleeing the scene from committing a crime. The only thing that I did wrong was to speak up about bad service and demand my money back. She lied to the police and said we came in acting disorderly and she asked us to leave. Clearly not the case. I think it's a shame that a customer has to go through something like that and be treated like that by management. so I encourage anybody who wants some drama in their day to go to...

Read moreThe food was its usual mediocre self: not bad exactly, but not exactly good either. I only went because I had forgotten to take anything out of the freezer to thaw for dinner until about three thirty, three fourty-five and was frankly feeling rather lackluster regarding potential hamburgers. My sister came close to "having an issue" with the manager there, but something foiled that particular flowering of ire and abuse. What had happened was: My sister and I were in the process of ordering and personalizing our sandwiches from the perfectly pleasant and duly attentive "sandwich artist" when this manager lady-wish I had gotten her name-bustled out from the depths of the store and announced that she would ring us up and prepare the bags for our sandwiches. We hadn't even finished ordering when she yelled our total across the counter and, when I didn't leap to shower her in cash, loudly repeated the total. I wandered over and presented a smooth, crisp one hundred dollar bill...or tried to; she loudly proclaimed that they couldn't accept a hundred dollar bill, that they had just "done a drop" and said it with such fervor and sense of finally that I could practically hear my sister's hackles rising. Fortunately, I had smaller bills and was able to defuse that particular neutron bomb before anyone even had to get any feelings hurt. And then we left. Sorry there wasn't more drama, but I'm sure there will be a lot...
